well, you did ask. I have not received the generator box 02/04/2022. I got a email confirming that $171.86 had been taken from my account. Nothing else. I have tried to email and phone 03 61526018 to find answer. I even tried to get a refund.
the one star rating is been generous.

If there was a zero star, that is what this business deserves. Customer service is horribly poor! I bought an outdoor roller blind from this business. I had to follow up several times before I received it. When the packet was opened, there was one missing item. I sent an email to the business about the missing item. It is almost 4 weeks now, no one has bothered to respond to my email. The packet is now a white elephant sitting at my home.

Paid for a kids play kitchen. No mentioned it won’t be delivered until 3-4 weeks on their website. Had to call and cancel the order. Told to complete a refund form which was done 2 months ago and still not been refunded. Emailed twice and called once to chase up and still nothing.

Had to go to the bank and cancel my credit card to get a refund.
Complete scammers!

I placed an order on 5 May and 10 weeks later I have not received it. I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions to ask about the items and then to cancel the order, but to no avail. I have tried to use the refund link but it is no longer working.
This is a scam company so don't waste your time or money.

Basically this company should be shut down, they are a scam - they neither delivered my goods or refunded my money!
They no longer answer emails and their online chat tells you that someone will be in contact but they never do.

Goods were never received. No customer service. Was told a refund had been processed and it wasn't. Had to ask the credit card company to complete a charge back.
