Sadly the chair was too upright and my father refuses to use it. In retrospect we should have tested out any chair first before we bought it.
However, it’s beautifully made.

We ordered 2 Lauryn chairs, love them so thought we would ordeer the sofa to match. Ordered it then received a 2nd order confirmation for the chairs. Replied that we already have the chairs and have ordered the sofa, have you mixed the orders up. Received no reply then later the chairs were brought again. Had to take them back and was told 'she is going to ring you', never did. I have since sent 2 emails to sales service, the email given for enquiries, to ask for an update on the sofa, have received no reply again. I hate using the phone and prefer to email. We do love the chairs though they are good quality and so comfortable, just hope we receive our sofa soon.

Pa loves his new chair!! Very friendly delivery man, all the way from Accrington, delivered the chair on time and with plenty of notice. Really good quality chair, and it looks great.

Really good quality chair. Plain and simple but does the job. Lovely choice of colours and arrived within the delivery time stated. Good price when comparing with other ones on the market. Only downside was that I never received notification of it being shipped but maybe that was a blip. Otherwise excellent.

This company have been fantastic from day 1. It’s easy to speak to someone on the phone and they are always extremely helpful . The chair arrived and service was great . The chair I ordered for my 92 year old mother is perfect , beautifully made and has made a huge difference to mums comfort and the ease of getting in and out of the chair is such an improvement for mum. So glad we came across this company on line , it’s exactly what we wanted and even better .

Lovely, quality chair made in requested fabric & delivered within 10 days of ordering. Elderly Mother in law says it’s very comfortable, great support for her back and good height after a knee operation. Only reason I’ve taken off a star is that I’d discussed with customer service about delivery ( mother in law is frail and has dementia) I wanted to be contacted as to which date and a rough time that the chair would be delivered. I wasn’t and the chair arrived and was left on the path for a neighbour to help with until I got there. So not good communication sadly.

Really really happy with the chair and the service. Chair was elegant, robust and incredible value. It was delivered promptly - really polite helpful driver, happy to carry it up three flights of stairs. Communication for head office was always great. Top quality service all round - very impressive
