Vi er noget overrasket over din anmeldelse, som vi ikke finder rimelig eller balanceret. Sagen er tilbage i september 2022, men du har indsendt anmeldelsen i marts 2023.

Du har fået installeret en Easee home standard installation, og den forbindelse oplevede du, at du ikke kunne lade din bil. Vi har brugt omfattende ressourcer på at fejlsøge og afhjælpe problemet - selv Easee har været involveret. Vi har samtidig også udskiftet ladeboksen uden nogen virkning. Vi har påpeget og bevist, at fejlen ligger i bilen.

Trods det så har vi hentet ladeboksen hos dig og krediteret den fulde pris. Selve installationen blev siddende så du nemt og enkelt kunne få sat en anden løsning op.

Vi ser ikke nogen anden måde kunnet gøre det bedre for dig, så en anmeldelse på dette niveau og måde finder vi urimelig.

Den nedtagne ladeboks er i øvrigt sat op andet steds og fungerer uden problemer. Vi har mange kunder med din biltype, og de oplader også fint på Easee ladeboks.
