Fab product but I had to collect

Great customer service from Fran
I ordered 2 glasses for a Christmas present, they were delivered in good time, but when opened on Christmas Day, one of the glasses was broken. I contacted straight away and Fran came back to me with a speedy response and agreed to send a new glass free of charge. This was delivered very quickly and overall I was very pleased with the service Fran delivered as allow it was annoying the glass was broken, these things happen and Fran fixed the issue very promptly and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service from her. Thank you again so much Fran!
