Be very wary of this company

As previous commenters have said this company is shocking. Since 2021 I've been trying to cancel the DD my vulnerable father set up with them (he has Alzheimer's and I've POA). They've continually tried to take payment from his account for the last two years! They are relentless and difficult to contact due to changing their name. if you need to speak to someone here call 0333 2125609

These people are scammers who prey on…

These people are scammers who prey on vulnerable people and get them to agree to non existent insurance cover for household appliances and set up direct debits on their accounts. Police don't want to know so they get away with it ... absolutely vile people.

The home appliance insurance scammer's latest identity

For the last three years my elderly mother has received endless phone calls from companies we've never heard of claiming that she has insurance for her fridge, oven etc with her.

They have her details and information about an old bank card. The same information the other dozen or so "companies" have all shared with each other.

It's a disgrace these people are allowed to keep getting away with this.
