Jake/E9321 came out within 24 hours to sort n repair my mums television connection. Excellent service as she is an OAP living at home on her own.
He advised us throughout his visit of what he was working on, his diagnosis and what needed repairing. Repaired straight away after i accepted the quote from the main office. Highly recommended.😁

I received an appointment to have my aerial sorted the day after I phoned.
Jake was very efficient and methodical and sorted the problem that day.

I am a pensioner and found the price of £144 to run a cable up the side of a bungalow, not even up to the aerial, a bit expensive

Yet again been let down by an aerial installer. Confirmed my appointment a week ago, then rang midweek and again confirmed the appointment, rang me the day before and told me they can’t get an engineer to me now as they are re scheduling rotas, I told them a week ago the problems I was having with my original installer and was guaranteed that they wouldn’t do the same but now they have.

First class service. Problem fixed in a timely manner. Engineer very professional and courteous (Jake/E9321).

As someone who works, when a television broke Saturday was the only real option for a replacement. I paid extra for delivery to ensure HDS could install the mount on a Saturday, in the 10am-2pm slot I booked. At around 1pm having heard nothing (the installer should call an hour before arrival), I was assured that he was just running behind and would still get to me. We ensured all of the furniture was moved ready for the install. Come 4pm, still nothing. I called back, was told the installer had finished for the day and offered a slot on Monday as if nothing was wrong. This is an unreliable company with a meaningless booking system and poor customer service. Avoid at all costs if timing is important to you!

Jake arrived as per schedule and asked a few questions about the installation. He proceeded to look for the best and least visible position for the dish. He explained exactly why he chose the location, which was to allow maximum reception. Fitting to the house went without a hitch, with dish and cables tucked away. Jake was very courteous and pleasant throughout the installation.

Changed the power supply for my mums aerial connection, and now both TV’s are working again. Absolute legend!

Jake put a satellite dish up for me so my telly could now receive channels on freeview . He was professional in his job and tidy up afterwards. So yes i would recommend Hds to my friends. So thank you Jake It was a great service for the money.

Don't bother calling them I booked a survey for Friday between 1pma d 4pm no one showed up I called the office I was told that the previous job had over ran and the person couldn't make it.
Apparently they called me but no message supposed professionals you know if a job is going to over run they had all my details but no call

Great service! Sorted my 70 yr old dad’s tv Ariel out very quickly without fuss. Straight honest assessment without applying any pressure. Work done to a high standard, very pleased

Absolute con artists. Avoid. Came to my home and instantly said the ariel socket needed replacing without even looking at the tv or the problem we described. Said the socket was the problem even tho my tv upstairs had the same issue but running off a different wire so the socket obviously wasn't the issue. Wasn't until I pointed it out to the tv guy that he even tried to show any interest in the job. Said it was a dodgey connection in the loft. He replaced an ariel plate in the living room and apparently put a connector on the wire in the loft which took him less than 10 minutes. He was sat in the van for for about 50 mins of the total hour he was here. My father is a pensioner is his 70s and they charged him £150 which is apparently with the pensioner discount
for an ariel plate which costs about 3 quid and a connector which costs about £1.50. The problem we we initially told them about hasn't been resolved. Channels still cutting out and audio issues so £150 paid for nothing. Tried contacting them with 0 response. Avoid these absolute con artists.

Needed a signal failure fix (under warranty), after nearly 2 years, as I could only get a signal late evening through to early morning.

Quick to book in and engineer John(?) came yesterday. He swiftly diagnosed an issue by looking at one port and got it going again. I was pleased, and on his way he went...then 20 mins later, complete signal loss and I was beyond frustrated!!
Rang HDS again to explain, and within 10 mins, I was booked back in for first thing today.
HDS completely redeemed themselves by sending the Oracle of Aerials, Jake!!

I cannot explain how brilliant this engineer is. He surveyed every single possible cause of the fault, and made the relevant various changes needed. I was even delighted that he spent time up the ladder with my aerial to run tests, as this had not been done on the first visit.

Jake was patient with both me and my tv's/aerial, to ensure that it was definitely ok before leaving.
My rottweiler was very happy to have had a friend for the morning, and was gutted he had to leave!!
Jake treated my home and my boy with great care and respect.

I sincerely hope that Jake's work ethic and knowledge is rewarded well, and his ability to solve problems where other engineers struggle leads him to great success.

Charged £145 just to take a TV aerial off the exterior wall - person that came out didn't even remove all the wires, plugs, or any of the hooks for wires.
Was here a total of 10 minutes to charge £145, and not even cleanup the job. Also left and everything just on the ground. No removal of antenna either. Really poor quality work and shocking price.
