Sadly I now think this company is fraud too. Was promised a refund on 5th September and haven’t received it. I have now started a dispute with my bank. Absolute fraudsters

Avoid! Ordered wardrobe! Received a delivery date which got rescheduled with them saying I will receive a £80 cash back good will gesture. Next delivery date came .. nothing!! website not available, phone number doesn’t work no reply to emails. Currently trying to get my money back through the bank!

They are not existent and they will take your money. They also stole my credit card details and tried to use them in America. Fortunately my bank blocked the transaction. Disgusting how people are trying to make money.. I've sorted out with my bank and I am going to get my money back.

Would give this so called ‘company’ minus stars if I could!! Complete scammers, I ordered a sofa back in August, fab communication at the beginning, both through what’s app and emails. It was meant to be delivered at the end of August, they called and told us date was fully booked and changed it to Friday 12th September. Still waiting on it arriving. Have tried calling the company, phone line not working etc. Currently trying to get money back through bank. Avoid at all costs!!

This company is completely fraudulent. Do not buy from them as you will not receive your order and will be fobbed off with emails saying 'due to excess demand etc.... Your delivery needs to be rearranged etc' You will never get your order. Luckily I paid by debit card and the bank have refunded me.

I got scammed by this website as well but i have managed to recover my money, if you paid though credit cards, please contact your card provider and dispute the transaction, fill the dispute form and submit, you will have money returned in 7 working day. Good luck and always make purchases using credit cards in the future.

SCAM SCAM SCAM paid nearly £400 for sliding wardrobe and was supposed to be fitted on day for an extra charge, no communication after first confirmation of delivery/ fitment date, I kept trying email address, just bounced back. Decided to wait for arranged date, NEVER CAME, NO COMMUNICATION...NOT POSSIBLE TO CONTACT. All my clothes are hanging around the house. Now gonna contact MY BANK, hope I get my £400 back, I only have my state pension and this is ALOT OF MONEY

Fraud, fraud and fraud, stay away from this non existence Company. Ordered wardrobe 20th August, and a week later got an email to say item would be delivered on 13th September 2025. Till date I am yet to receive it, called several times no response, emails same. Now Bank is getting a refund from this time wasting gangsters. Professional scammers!!!, even 3rd world countries would not allow this let alone United Kingdom…never again, never again scammers, scammers!!!!what a shame.

I made an order on 29/08/2025 and got an email for delivery schedule on 02/09/2025. I chose to have delivered on 12/09/2025, but nothing arrived. I called them on the land line and mobile, land line is continuously busy and no answer on mobile. luckily, I used my credit card for the payment, got refunded temporarily by my bank while they investigating these scammers

Ordered our wardrobe July 2025, the people were communicating via WhatsApp telling us that the wardrobe needs to be made first . Stated delivery would be a maximum of six weeks. We waited ( bear in mind when we ordered there we no reviews on this company). Then they texted to arrange delivery for August . Then they said the slot for August was fully booked so early September. 2 days prior to the day they had said for early September, they contacted us to say they have a lot of orders so they can’t deliver until the 12th of September. The lady we spoke to she was so rude, we asked if their company was registered or if we could walk in lol she didn’t respond to this. Anyways she was adamant that she would process our refund immediately via email. She didn’t send the email as soon as she had mentioned. We put our feet down then she sent the email. The following day we received a call from a so called supervisor stating they would like to give us £100 for compensation. Bear in mind my husband had already put a review and this company appealed against the review stating it was defamatory. Luckily it was published again. We had all the phone calls recorded because it was sounding fishy. But never again . Now the website is not working anymore the numbers aren’t working. We received our refund few days ago luckily

If I could give this company a minus then I would, same as most complaints and bad reviews about this company me and my partner stupidly never checked the reviews before buying from here, we ordered a mirrored sliding wardrobe in late June, it’s now September the 21st and we’ve had 2 date changes and no show lol, we got told on the phone as we did manage to speak to customer help that on our last date change on the 12th of September we would get the delivery and also (£100) compensation upon delivery😂 we received a message a few days before this also and the message also said before this that wether we’re unable to deliver on the 12th then changed the date again then I got another message saying no it will get delivered on the 12th since that message we knew we’d been scammed, we now get no answer from any numbers that we try phone linked to this company, no emails back, not a thing, if anyone is planning on buying from here I acc pray u look at these reviews first because it’s a massive scamming cooperation clearly, pisstake! Should’ve just ordered from BNQ or anywhere else😂 learned the hard way to always read reviews before buying!

Does anyone here know where to report this company? I was scammed too and my money was stolen😡

As others have said this is a total scam. Promises delivery then keeps pushing the date back. Offers to compensate you with cash on delivery - which is it itself a red flag. Thankfully I used PayPal to pay so will hopefully get my money back.

Can't get on the page no answer to my.emails.bought wardrobes nearly 2 weeks ago for my daughter's room after.moving house absolutely gutted!!! Will need.to phone the bank and hopefully get money back the website is no longer active avoid at all costs anyone have any bank advise?

Scam company. Absolutely shocking! I see from the reviews I am not the only person to be fooled by their sleek web design and initially good correspondence from customer service. Paid almost £400 for a wardrobe only to have them delay delivery & then completely go offline the week prior to the expected date. Phone line dead. Whatsapp number now not working. Emails non responsive. Have waited nearly 8 weeks for this wardrobe with my hanging clothes still in travel boxes from moving. Hopefully the bank will agree the dispute and charge back my money.

Looks like we’ve all been scammed. Paid £340 for some wardrobes brought them back at the start of August. Had a few emails off them at the beginning. Was given delivery date and time. On the morning I was emailed to say due to unforeseen circumstances we can’t deliver but will deliver on the 12th and give you £80 cash refund

This company is totally a scam. Don't buy anything from them. You can see their website only when you buy, then you won't see the website. And even their email went disappeared. I am contacting my bank to get my money back. Hope they will.
