Never received my order disappointed £350 wardrobe!

Scammers! Stay away. Placed order for my bedroom furniture more than 5 weeks ago. They changed the delivery time three times and I had no choice but to stay patient. They will use your money for weeks and then try their best not to refund you. There is no furniture. The couple good reviews you see are fake. Will take further actions

Ordered a wardrobe over a month ago and was rescheduled for today. Couldn’t contact them through anything and wasted my whole day. This is a scam don’t buy!

Avoid this company at all costs. They take money from you and fail to deliver the goods. I ordered a wardrobe from them, I chased them thru whats app and eventually received a email to confirm delivery today 12th September 2025 between 1 and 3pm, waited and waited and nothing. I tried all numbers and emails and nothing. Royally ripped off. I will now seek to claim a refund thru Klarna. The website should be taken down judging by their reviews nobody has received anything. Avoid.

Spoke to my bank this morning and was given a number to report the company to action fraud 03001232040. We should all report it so the police can do something.

I would give zero stars if I could! I ordered a wardrobe on 22nd August & was sent an email with a list of delivery dates to choose from, so I contacted them straight away & chose the 1st available date, only to be told that that date was no longer available, so I chose today, 12th September. I received 3 emails confirming that it had been booked,then a further email saying that the date was no longer available, so I called them only to be told that there were 3 people with my 1st name being delivered to today & that's where the mess up lay. They then confirmed delivery today, between 1600 & 1800, so I arranged to leave work early (& had to make the time up) & nobody has come & they are uncontactable!! I now have to go through the hassle of a chargeback & reorder from a reputable company once I have got my money back!! Please avoid this company if you want a good customer service & your goods to actually be delivered!!

A Big Fraud

Same story. Ordered three wardrobes. Continously promised to deliver but changed evertime and ended up with nothing. Now problem is reported. A big tension and headache. Never get deceived by them plz.

My experience … I placed an order with Home furniture Hub on 13August. Delivery has been schedule for 7 September. This was rescheduled later for 12 September between 1.00am -3.00pm due to “high volumes of orders ”.
How my delivery hasn’t arrived, I decided to report this issue and I am expecting my money back , likewise I hope other people won’t have the same experience as us
Such a shame my daughter was waiting so excited for a new wardrobe… we received nothing.

Did not deliver sofa. Cannot contact in any way. Going to report as fraud an get my money back through the bank

Ordered a wardrobe 4 weeks ago, delivery booked in for today (despite website stating 10-14 day turnaround).

Delivery didn't turn up, no communication about it whatsoever and a day's pay lost for good measure!

Order not turned up when arranged. No call or email from them. Tried to call but no luck. Have a bad feeling about this company, especially with reading the other comments.

Over five weeks ago, I placed an order for a sofa. After a long period of waiting, I finally received an email with a proposed delivery date. I immediately booked the earliest available option; however, I was then informed that this date was no longer available, and a new appointment was scheduled for September 12th between 1:00 and 3:00 PM. Unfortunately, the delivery did not take place within the agreed timeframe.

According to the information provided by the seller, customer support was supposed to be available 24/7. In practice, this turned out to be untrue – it is only possible to reach the support line from Monday afternoon onwards, which prevents effective resolution of the issue.

The entire situation raises serious concerns regarding the reliability of the company. Despite the cooperation with Klarna and the option of installment payments, this experience has left me completely disappointed. The matter has been reported, and I expect a full refund.

Update: I've now reported them to Action Fraud and the report has been sent to the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau (NFIB) for review.

I placed an order on 13th August for a sofa, and the company confirmed it the same day. They first promised delivery within to 2–3 weeks, later to 5th Sep, then to 12th Sep (today). None of those dates were honoured.
Today’s delivery slot has passed with no delivery, no update, and no communication.

I’ve tried repeatedly to contact them — phone calls aren’t answered, emails and WhatsApp messages get nothing but automated replies saying they’re “closed until Monday afternoon.” I’ve stayed in all day waiting for their delivery, based on their own promises.
This is completely unacceptable. If they could not deliver in the remaining hours of today, I will raise this issue for a full refund plus compensation for the time and inconvenience this has caused.

Let this be a warning: their delivery times are a lie, customer service is non-existent, and the whole experience feels like a scam.

Do NOT buy from this store. They book appointments to deliver then don't show up. Continously make excuses. Done this to us twice.

Do yourself a massive favour and stay away from this store.

Ordered a wardrobe from this website a few weeks ago for them to keep rearranging delivery and the item to not turn up. Then tried called the number on the website and cant get any answer! AVOID at all costs as I believe they are scammers and need removing from the Internet. Now we have to try and somehow get a refund of £379 back and have no way of getting in contact with them!

Absolutely do not buy from them!!!

Biggest lier they fix my delivery 3 time but never did every time on my delivery date they come with different stories

First experince which this company. Ordered a sliding door cupboard with opt out to be amazing quality and delivery on time. Recommended 100% 😊
