I had a problem with a frame
I had a problem with the frame. After acknowledging the issue the company was quick to offer a lternatives and then provided a replacement.
Bad experience
Ordered a print on the 4th of December in the hope it would arrive in time for Christmas. 2 weeks later after realising I hadn't heard anything I emailed to ask for updates. They said it would now be dispatched between December 17th- January 2nd. I requested a postage refund as for £7 postage I was hoping it would be quicker than this. Was instead offered 20% off my next order, which I declined as I won't be ordering from there again. received another email 3 days later saying it would now be shipped on the 22nd December - 2nd January. It is now the 6th of January and I have not received my item or any updates. Can't get through on the phone.

Do not use this company
I asked for a refund after item wasn’t delivered and they responded a week AFTER I had requested a refund with ‘item is now shipped so we cannot refund’. BUT my item hadn’t shipped when I asked for a refund. Total scam and customer service is lacking to say the least. If you want to order from the company expect a month lead time for shipping 😱

Not UK based and deliveries take a long time to arrive.
Regret placing an order with this company. Still waiting for my order after two weeks. It is unlikely to arrive in time for Christmas even though they promised it would. Was cut off on the phone and my emails are being ignored. Currently demanding a refund and not hearing a thing from them.
Edited - company are now in touch but tracking says my goods are still in the US. Two days until delivery date so highly unlikely it will arrive. Also this company despite having a UK website address, office address and telephone number is NOT based in the UK therefore shipping takes a long time. Homeloft has asked me to amend my review which I will not be doing as I ordered well in advance and the order did not arrive on time. They fool customers into thinking they are UK based and then orders take an age to arrive. Would not recommend.
EDITED - delivery arrived 4 days late so have edited and upgraded my review to reflect this. However people need to be aware this company is not based in the UK and deliveries take much longer to arrive than expected.

I really love my Wifi electric blanket!
I ordered the Sunbeam Wi-Fi connected mattress electric blanket and experienced a few bumps along the way. A week after placing my order, I had to email the company to find out when it would be dispatched. Only then did I learn it was shipping from the US, which I hadn’t expected based on the company name. Delivery ended up taking almost three weeks in total.
Another small issue was the socket plug—it wasn’t compatible, so I had to order a plug adaptor, adding a couple more days before I could use it.
That said, once everything was set up, I finally tried the blanket last night and I’m very pleased with it. The comfort and functionality made the wait worthwhile in the end.

Beware of appliance purchases
1. Not based in the UK. Go to their website and look up the address, it's a tiny little office in a large office complex. 2. They ship electric goods from a warehouse in the US that do not work in the UK without a transformer and don't tell you. 3. Their "Help" department is not based in the UK. 4. Look at all their responses here on Trustpilot for the negative reviews - "we cannot find your order", they lie. 5. While not a fake company they are the next best thing. Avoid like the plague. Better to shop at real UK based businesses or just use Amazon. They are super slow, like 1970's slow. Good luck everyone.
