Being able to contact and speak with someone that could explain what the fabric was like was very helpful! I wish they had a store closer to me. Other retailers were more expensive for the same item.

Figure it out on your own
I was on the phone with someone and she was being snooty and acted like I was a complete idiot when I didn’t have the sku number for the exact item I was looking for. I’m calling you for help, how about you help, if I could find the item on my own I wouldn’t be calling you. It took maybe 2 minutes from beginning to end. Could you just be nice.
