I got in touch with Home Safety Cert after an EICR found that my flat’s consumer unit was not covered adequately for me to let my property out. Medi matched the cheapest quote I could find to replace the unit, and threw in a new EICR for free. He was very quick in responding and coming to do the job, friendly and flexible on fitting into my schedule. My review is 5 stars, but the screws bolting the new unit on came out through the other side of the wall, and was unsightly. However Medi came back for free on another day and fixed this to my satisfaction. I would recommend and will be using his company again.

Great service and communication throughout the process. We needed an EICR - the electrician that was sent was very professional and friendly. He carried out the work quickly and we got our report the next day. Highly recommend.

Had a new consumer unit fitted in my flat. The communication with the team was perfect, if I called and could not get hold of them, they would call me back ASAP. Everything was explained to me, and the work was done to the highest standard. I would definitely reconsider them and use them myself again
