Horrible!!!!!

I wish I would have read these reviews before I signed up for this Home Warranty. This is a joke. Their communication is terrible. They lead you on and don’t tell you the truth. They say they’ll call back and they don’t. I have been working on trying to get my dryer fixed for a month. All they do is give me the runaround. They gave me $45 credit on a ceiling fan, which is ridiculous. It will cost me $200+ to replace it. You spend hours on the phone and never get anywhere. Such a waste of time and money. And good luck trying to understand the people you’re talking with. The language is very unclear. Sooo stressful. Wish I could give them a zero.

Cancellation fee…

Please beware I canceled my account with them and got charged a cancellation fee of 75.00 . The representative told me it’s an administrative fee . Never heard of this before with any business I have dealt with . My rating should be a zero instead of 1 .

Terrible Experience – Avoid Home Select at All Costs.

Terrible Experience – Avoid Home Select at All Costs.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Home Select, and I strongly warn others to stay away from this company. I booked an apartment in Madrid (Pasaje de Montesa) starting August 1, 2024, paying in advance, only to find that the property was in deplorable condition and completely unfit for the price.

AVOID HOME SELECT – SCAMMERS!

Major Issues:
❌ Old website pictures and filthy furniture
❌ Incorrect bedroom setup (despite innumerable requests)
❌ worst of all: No air conditioning in 41°C heat! August 1 in Madrid!

Home Select ignored my complaints, refused to relocate me, and mistreated me, they kept making excuses. I was forced to leave due to the unlivable conditions and heat, they refused to refund me, they kept my money.

They take your money and fail to deliver. Unprofessional, dishonest, and legally irresponsible. Stay far away!
