Lovely apartment, well equipped and very clean, would highly recommend

Our stay was was most enjoyable, from the moment we entered the property we were pleased with what we seen, a very clean and tidy well kept property with all we needed for an enjoyable stay, large comfortable bedroom, also spacious modern and clean toilets, the communal lounge and spacious kitchen were of a high standard, we loved our stay and will definitely be back, 5 star property

We found the place to be very clean, the beds were comfortable. However, there was no hot water for three days of our stay and no heat for three days either. The coffee maker in the kitchen didn't work either. Overall, it was just okay.

I do not stay in a place without a host again.

First how to get the room key all yourself. Then and worse, sleep without heating, the room had 2 table lamps and none worked.
Also, I rented a room with private bathroom and found one with shared bathroom.

The first day of my stay was awful, there was a family with a baby and they kept on moving from one room to the other. I could not sleep. There was no sugar for tea, the milk provided for tea was off and sour. The place is clean. I would recommend it. They just need to sort out house keeping

Excellent accommodation. It exceeded all my expectations. Immaculate, well-presented, and conveniently located.

Great spot. Enjoyed our time there. We'll be bk. Gd location. 20mins walk from city centre and £4.80 for a taxi.

The Haven Lisburn.
The apartment was clean, comfortable and centrally located.
There was a TV screen but no access to the main channels (BBC, ITV, CH4 etc). Also there was no access to social media apps.
There were no bulbs in the bedside lights and the front porch light wasn't working. A bath mat and bedroom mirror would be useful.
These were minor issues and we would definitely stay here again.

Clean,comfortable apartment. Walking distance to city center, beside local park.
Quiet area. On street parking, free.
We are from this city & were back for a wedding, so the location was wonderful. We would use it again.

A lovely house in a nice area. Hosts were lovely and very helpful. Good location not too far from the city centre.

Perfect apartment in Belfast, lovely area too. Apartment was clean and spacious and enough room for 6 of us. Key box very handy for getting in and out and apartment was ready when we arrived about 11:30. If I had to pick out one thing negative it would be the showers were a bit rubbish but it didnt affect our trip!

The apartment could have been cleaner - particularly the showers and kitchen area (we felt it was necessary to wash glasses, crockery and cutlery). It would also have been more helpful and sustainable to have information regarding recycling. When we checked outside the back door there were no recycling facilities for our flat and everything went into the landfill bin as per instructions.

Very cramped accommodation. Community bath. Difficulty checking in. We left a day early because we couldn't handle staying any longer. We have notice a day before asking for a refund and we have not seen even a response. Not a very good place.
