Good place to stay. I stayed alone but looking forward to visit again with my family. I didn’t meet Jim the host in person but he was great with communication.
I shared the toilet and bathroom which wasn’t a problem as it was kept clean. Lounge and kitchen facilities also there for people that like to feel more at home.
I would recommend this place!

Nice comfortable home 10 minute bus ride outside the city in a residential area. Comfy bed, sitting room and kitchen downstairs. 2 showers and 2 toilets. All very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Great property in a great location.

Really enjoyed our stay in this property. 4 really large bedrooms with double beds in each which my older sons really appreciated. Good kitchen and lounge space for eating and hanging out. All very clean and tidy

There are few things which could make this property even better:
> better pressure from both showers
> a dvd player for movie night
> some garden furniture for outdoor eating/chilling when weather nice

Would definitely stay at this property again. And would recommend it to friends.

Location was near Central Belfast but needed a taxi on most days. Cost was a huge factor for us as great price for 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Easy contact with host if required

Jim is a great host, very welcoming and caring.

We really enjoyed our stay at 92 Templemore. All the common areas (incl kitchen and bathrooms) where well equipped, spacious and sparkling clean. Would definitely book again.

Clean and Tidy accommodation. Booking was easy and straight forward communication was excellent only negative point was only one bathroom which is large enough to turn into two but wasn't a major issue

We had the best stay in this amazing place. The location to public transport was perfect. We were able to make our way around the city of Belfast so effortlessly over our 5 day 4 night trip. The house is very modern & the decor is fabulous. The bedroom was huge & so was the bed. The entire place is kept to a very high standard by the lovely cheerful girls who come everyday to clean. The kitchen is really well equipped too if you wanted to cook your own meals. I highly recommend this lace to anyone wanting to visit.

Pros: Great location, very easy to find and a convenient distance from things like the conference centre and the train station. It was on a quiet street and in what felt like a safe neighbourhood. The bed was amazingly comfortable! Everything was very clean and tidy. The room was really nice. Great shower too!

Cons: Don't bring a lot of luggage! The stairs are steep, the hallway narrow, and the room I had at the very top would've felt very cramped if I'd had a suitcase (I only had a heavy backpack). Also it wasn't clear in the instructions or booking that "Room 1" was on the top floor so I was confused and just started climbing stairs at random when I entered. Despite being a non-smoking B&B I could smell smoke drifting in from the back garden where people were smoking a lot, so if you're sensitive to smoke you may want to keep that in mind.

Very tasteful interior, nice rooms and bath. Brandnew renovated. And a confy bed. 1 Minute to the Glider Bus. If l‘m next time in Belfast, I‘ll stay there again.

I didnt personally meet the host but he was very responsive every time I contacted him. The room was spacious. The house is a 30 minute walk from the Titanic quarter. Great location. Overall a great experience. Thank you. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Lovely cosy house, all mod cons. Really enjoyed large comfy bed.

Lovely property, made everything very easy. I was emailed once my room was ready. House is lovely, I was in Room 1 on the top floor and it was even better than I expected, bed was extremely comfortable, the room was spacious and very very clean. Really enjoyed my stay and I definitely would again!

Great location, super house, very clean

The property is great, it is not too far from all the major sites and was very close to some of the great murals in Belfast on Newtownards Road as well as the CS Lewis square. Jim was great and communicated everything via text and phone call so it was seamless upon arrival. The room was a great size and the super king sized bed was very comfortable. It is one of my first experiences staying in such a house but it really did feel like a home away from home. I would for sure stay again when visiting Belfast.

lovely clean and modern house with everything you need and handy location, have stayed there few times with work and always my first choice, easy key collection which made things easier as i wasnt getting out of work till very late at night,will definetly be back

The place I was staying in was great. The bed was comfortable, TV with many channels and room was clean with all equipment that I needed.
