Absolutely brilliant service from Naomi, Dina and Lee at HomeSnag - from the very initial stages of getting booked in to the extremely thorough PCI carried out. Worth every penny and really good value for money. Everything was very straightforward at what is a naturally stressful time.
Lee also turned the report around over a weekend (snagging appointment took place on a Friday and we had our report by Sunday evening!!) Thank you team. We would highly recommend HomeSnag.

I am very happy with Daniel's investigation of the new-build house and the subsequent report preparation. Several issues were spotted that needed to be addressed.

Marius carried out a post completion survey of my new built. He was on-time for the appointment and even accommodated our request for a different start time. He was very thorough and detailed in his survey and surveyed every corner of the property with precision. We also got a boroscopic cavity check done as a part of the survey. We needed to report the issues with glasses, kitchenware and sanitary ware on the same day as the builder was pushing for it and Marius accommodated my request for the same. He then sent me over the full snagging report within 24 hours which included many issues which we hadn't noticed ourselves. Overall I am very happy with services of Homesnag and will use them again

We purchased a new property and were advised to employ the services of a professional snagging company.
The surveyor Daniel Bateman arrived promptly and spent the majority of the day surveying internally and and externally.
We received a full detailed report documenting the many faults/issues with accompanying photos and he made reference to NHBC guidance.
We would highly recommend this service and well worth the financial outlay as Daniel highlighted so many issues that we would not have picked up on.

I am very happy with surveyor Anthony and HomeSnag and their professionalism. Anthony is outstanding. He spotted even very tiny issues. He checked everything what I asked about. Professional Homesnag. Arrived on time. Report identified 100+ snags was prepared and mailed to me within 24hrs. We sent the report to the developer and asked CS to follow up before our move-in. Highly recommend !

5 star service. We needed snagging for a new built flat that we were interested in buying. Admin team was responsive to my inital questions. Booking was easy. Wish I’d have got our survey carried out prior to moving in. Professional service throughout. Our builder said there was nothing wrong!! Couldn’t recommend Home Snag any higher 10/10
