5 star service. We needed snagging for a new built flat that we were interested in buying. Admin team was responsive to my inital questions. Booking was easy. HomeSnag picked up the keys from the estate agent which was very convenient for us. Our surveyor was Lee and the report he provided was thorough and detailed and easy to understand.

David was lovely and has a great eye for detail. He spent around 4hrs checking every inch of the house for snags and documented it in a nicely laid out report. We received the report that evening and it has been invaluable for getting our snags sorted with the new build company.

The whole process of dealing with HomerSnag was both seamless and professional from start to finish.
