Great value for money, super comfy

We love our sofa. Came fast and we were kept up to date the whole way through. The sofa is super comfy and excellent value for money, even better than we we expecting. We would recommend to others.

Sofa is absolutely stunning

Sofa is absolutely stunning. If it wasn’t for the late delivery I would’ve giving a 5 star. The sofa is a 5 star for the price plus we got a couple of free pillows with the sofa.

“7-10 Day Delivery Service”- More like a lifetime!

Soo the sofa is too cute BUT why did I have to sit on the floor for a month?! They say fast delivery on their website. Don’t believe this bull$#*! My order status was constantly sitting on ordered on the Shop app platform they use. After 7 days I grew concerned and tried to contact them. Call after call after call but no answer. I emailed and was told the whole spiel about busy times/ corona etc. which I was understanding about (but seriously don’t advertise fast delivery/ delivery estimates if that is not the case- honesty is the best policy). My status on Shop changed to shipped a few minutes after that email…

My friends, that is what my status remained as for weeks but no sofa. I truly believed it was a scam at one point. I called several times and got through to someone who said a courier would be in touch. Nothing. Finally, after 3 weeks of keeping my money hostage their 3rd party courier service got in touch. This guy was kind of rude but apologetic at the same time (weird). I then told him my availability. There was some confusion as I had travel plans and the guy thought I said that I would be available on the day I was I would have been half way to Lisbon. Common sense is free! So further delay as I had to rebook the delivery for a more suitable date. This was again a weird conversation with the guy arguing with me about the dates I told him I was available instead of accepting fault. I THINK I WOULD KNOW WHEN MY FLIGHT WAS SIR! He then got apologetic again and booked a more appropriate time.

Week 4 and some days… I get the sofa! The actual delivery drivers were amazing (despite being from Birmingham- joking lol!). Brought it up to the first floor and put it together.

I am pleased with the sofa. I am pleased with the delivery drivers. 2 stars for the faff in the middle. Be more upfront on your website and update your customers regularly… money doesn’t grow on trees.

Would recommend this company 1million…

Would recommend this company 1million percent. Had to make contact with the company due to a mistake on my behalf- the mistake was rectified straight away, communication with the company from start to finish was perfect. Company rang me and kept me up to date the whole time of when my delivery would be and to make sure I was still ok with the time and date which was pre-agreed. Delivery was fun, as they couldn’t figure out where my street was. However there was full communication from the lads. They was running late due to traffic (rush hour traffic) but kept me in the loop and reassured me they was on the way and where they was even got a tracking given to show where the driver was, stops left and what stop I was. The lads bought my sofa in and assembled it too in the position I wanted. The lads were friendly, polite and despite the time of day was able to give charm. Can’t recommend this company enough!

Truly cares about customers.

They are an excellent customer service company who strive to come and put anything right which you may have go wrong. The quality and selection of sofas also seem to be of superior quality.

Really happy with the service

Really happy with the service. Both workmen were polite and friendly even though they were stuck in traffic and had to bring the sofa up 2 flights of stairs they didn't complain or moan, they were still cracking jokes and offered to assemble it too! Very happy customer!

Price was 20% better than SCS for same item.
Communication initially a bit lacking but once item ready, emails and phone calls, to confirm delivery date. Delivery was exactly when stated, courteous and installation to the room without any hassle. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Excellent customer service excellent…

Excellent customer service excellent delivery service. There was a few issues with my original order being out of stock and me not finding out till 10 days before Christmas. There service team helped me find a replacement gave me a discount and insured it was delivered before Christmas. The delivery team put the sofa in the correct room unpacked and assembled it I couldn't be happier with the service

Lovely sofa!

Lovely sofa!! Received my delivery today and I am so happy with my sofa! Very fast delivery compared to dfs and the same sofa. Would definitely recommend. Lovely lady at customer service explained and ordered over the phone.

Faulty, poor service

Delivery was longer than stated on purchase, then given 24hrs notice.
Within a week realised issues with the sofa, sent many emails, month later a sofa specialist checked it, said it needs repairs, it's a new sofa....
When I said no happy to have a new sofa repaired, would like a refund was told if I don't accept repair they will do nothing else.
I'm contacting consumer rights, trading standards to get advice.

Have Cooperated, but months later waiting for repairs on an apparently new sofa, we are having to go down the legal route.
WARNING TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS.
cheap poorly made furniture, terrible customer service, and expect a long fight to get a resolution.

It looks like you have failed to cooperate with my team and refused appointments for repairs multiple time with our technicians who have been booked for you many times so we can resolve this matters and restore your sofa, but there has been avail.
