It is very easy to post the job you want to get done. Select from the recommended vendors and review their responses and references. Then you just get a quote and select the most appropriate for your budget. This has become my go to place for get the work done.

I reached out to HomeStars for a carpet cleaning project in my home. Replies from service providers came in quickly and I found a very reliable one EXTREME JANITORIAL to fill the position.. Jonathan and his assistant provided all star service in the cleaning of our carpeting (one room, two stairways and two hall areas). They arrived with the heavy equipment and after assessing the job to be done .. went straight to work and transformed the carpeting to looking like a fresh install! So impressed with the results! Both Jonathan and his assistant were so friendly, knowledgeable in explaining the procedure and products used. I am so happy to have found Extreme Janitorial and will definitely recommend to friends or anyone needing some cleaning service. In these days when customer service seems a thing of the past; Jonathan exemplifies the meaning of 'service'. As a retired IT manager, this service is extremely well designed from a client perspective. Finding the appropriate resource was easy, giving enough detail to initiate a request selectively. The messaging interface is very effective to determine the best fit. The communication is 2-way, allowing whatever method of pre-service is best. Once the job is awarded and complete, a feedback mechanism is valued. I am now ready to launch another service request and HomeStars is my default approach.

Sobol Inc. are great. Archie is punctual, professional, courteous, helpful, hard-working and conscientious. This was the 2nd time we hired Sobol for new doors and again very happy with the results. Both times they finished a bit early and on budget. Highly recommended.

The work was subcontracted out. the tech needed to use my vacuum equipment. Their cleaning equipment only cleaning 18 feet of chimney. My house is two stories. the quote over the phone was 185 plus HST. in the building they now wanted 450 plus HST. so said their boss. I finally agreed to 350 plus tax under protest. a poor experience from start to finish
Glane['s web site shows cleaning from the roof down but these guys cleaned from the bottom up creating quite a mess. My email to the company a week ago has not been acknowledged,
I can't recommend this at all.

Emergency issue on a Saturday night --toilet leaking and coming down to next floor through kitchen lights -ahhh. Jumped on HomeStars and had a company fixing issue in a couple or hours.
