I ordered a bin , when it was delivered it was all banged up and damaged so I'd to drive 2 hours out of my day to drop it to a store to he replaced.

Watch out for prices. Their 50% sale is a scam. Items on sale can be bought in other stores for the same price but they're not on discount. It's sad that this company takes advantage of people not being able to shop around as literally there are no physical shops.

Excellent collection and helpful staffs. I generally visit the Athlone store and I am very happy with all my purchases so far.

Fast, Efficient and Professional

I bought 4 Belmont bar stools from carlow store at €179 each. One by one they started giving trouble between not staying at the height you set them, they would slowly drop to the lowest height, then they became unstable, only for us to discover the welds underneath were breaking. This happened gradually but they were eventually all unsuitable for use. Homestore customer service were not willing to refund or replace as they believe it was down to wear and tear, however the previous,far cheaper stools we had lasted way longer, never gave trouble we only replaced as we thought these were nicer. Definitely not worth the money..

I found this shop when i was away on a break loved the store. Staff where great items I bought where great. Need this store up north. Got home ordered more on line

Lovely tv unit , so easy to put together and quick delivery

I ordered it one day and it was delivered the next. Very efficient

There was a slight bit of damage to the storage box when it arrived otherwise it was all fine. Delivery company left it outside without ringing the bell to make us aware it had arrived. The box overall is very good and sturdy.

Their card machine charged me twice the same amount for one transaction
Raised it with manager was told it was a shadow payment
5 days later still no money
I have gone in store twice looking for my refund, have been emailing head office and now they're telling me it's a shadow transaction they can't help me, contact my bank.
The money out of my account is no shadow it's very bloody real and not back and absolutely no desire to help.

Told me these happen all the time, machines are terrible.

Homestore are aware their machines do this and are putting undue annoyance and stress on their customers by forcing them into 4 different actions just to get their money back because of their faulty card machines
Disgusting in today's day and age just another large company not giving a care about customers really.
IL be shopping very small and local from now on at least If I had an issue I could sort it easily and not be forced to possibly wait up to 90 days for a refund that was a known fault for a large company who won't fix it

I had such a great experience at Home store. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and the quality of everything is amazing. Found exactly what I was looking for for my home and the prices were really fair too.
Will definitely be back and already recommended it to friends.

I was in the the store in Navan today, and a lovely chap went beyond and above to assist me during my shopping, he seemed busy in a different section, however he was able to assist me in the curtains section.Excellent Customer service, Well done Pedro, in Home Store Navan.
