I was in the the store in Navan today, and a lovely chap went beyond and above to assist me during my shopping, he seemed busy in a different section, however he was able to assist me in the curtains section.Excellent Customer service, Well done Pedro, in Home Store Navan.

First Class Customer Service from…
First Class Customer Service from Charlotte in the Letterkenny store. I was purchasing bedding for my son who is off to university. Charlotte had excellent product knowledge, went out of her way to get me what I was looking for and nothing was problem. The duvet set I needed was not available in store so she assisted me with my online purchase.
Thanks to Charlotte I had a very pleasant shopping experience, I got what items were available and I look forward to receiving my home delivery.
