Don’t buy in this store is my advise

Don’t buy in this store is my advise.
Customer service disastrous a girl call Sarah which wouldn’t tell us her name despite saying she’s the owner.

I certainly wouldn’t recommend this store.
If something goes wrong it’s not a place to return or exchange goods.
Sarah your cheeky woman as you were with us.

Excellent service and quality goods.

This is one of the nicest stores that we have been to. The quality of products is second to none and the staff are exceptional. Very helpful in every area. Bought a couch and unlike others, it was delivered the next day, and that 3 days before Christmas is excellent service. Thankyou Home Suite Home , i will be back as a customer.

Zero customer respect and the girl…

Zero customer respect and the girl called Sarah was rude and a complete lack of respect for customers.
When asked for her name she refused to give her name.
I went to return some goods after 23 days and she refused to either exchange them or give credit.
Her explanation was it’s seasonal and she wouldn’t be able to sell them.
Her attitude is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for customers.

The Christmas decorations referenced were purchased on 28th November and returned on 22nd December, 23 days after purchase, with a request for a refund due to a change of mind, as you stated the items did not suit. Our returns policy, which is clearly displayed beside the till where these items were purchased, clearly states that refunds are not offered for change-of-mind purchases and that items must be returned within 14 days. Seasonal items are also excluded from refund, as outlined in our policy.

Regarding your comments about staff conduct, we would like to clarify that our team member did provide her first name when requested. She declined to provide her surname, which is reasonable, as this is private information and not required to be shared with customers.

We also note, from publicly available review history, that a significant number 27 out of 29 of your reviews across multiple businesses reflect similar concerns. While we respect every customer’s right to share feedback, we stand by our team and our policies, which are applied consistently and fairly to all customers.

Very poor customer service

I had a very poor experience with this shop. I bought stools that were wobbly from the beginning, yet instead of taking responsibility, the shop’s attitude was dismissive and defensive. I was never given the chance to test the stools before they were handed to me, and even after showing video evidence of the problem on multiple flat surfaces, they continued to deny any fault.

What was most disappointing was the way they tried to shift the blame back onto me as the customer, even suggesting a “restocking fee” for returning faulty goods. This attitude is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for customers.

Between the poor quality of the products and the even poorer attitude of the staff, I would strongly advise others to avoid this shop

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. When the stools were returned, we checked them thoroughly on our shop floor and confirmed they were not wobbly or faulty. They were in the same condition as when they left the store, and we do have video evidence to support this if you’d like further clarification.

As you also mentioned that your previous stools had the same issue, so it seems the problem may be related to the surface they are placed on rather than the product itself.

Although we were not obliged to accept the return since the stools were fit for purpose, we did provide a full refund immediately upon their return.

We regret that the experience was disappointing for you, but we do stand by the quality of our products and the fairness of how this was handled and we will not stand by the false narrative in the above complaint. We wish you the best with your future purchases.

Eleanor lamp

I purchased an Eleanor lamp which is rechargeable. It was delivered in 2 days. It was brilliant when the electricity was out here for 2 nights. I would recommend everyone to have one they are so handy as you can have them anywhere around the house and not need a power outlet. Thanks to home suite home.
