Great service from start to finish. Had four widows fitted. The guys arrived on time, were clean and tidy and the windows look great. Would highly recommend.

The fitters Tony and Jason were very polite, efficient, clean and tidy workers. Very pleased with how they executed the removal of old and installation of new window. Left my home clean and tidy.
The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because the paperwork was not correct. The home number of the installation was wrong. After a few telephone calls a pleasant lady at the office sorted it for me. But it did take a few weeks to get the revised guarantee and building regulation certificate sent. A silly error, but it was resolved to my complete satisfaction. There is a lot to praise a company if their after sales service is good.

Contacted Hometec to request quote for five new leaded sealed units. Rep came and measured up. That’s where it ended. Never got back to me with quotation. Rang them to chase up and was promised a call back, but never transpired. Obviously have too much work. Wanted to support local company, but sadly, they weren’t interested.
***Update*** The last communication I had with this company was 26/07 @ 1626 when I called to ask if my quote was available and was promised a call back that day. I received no call back and to allege I did is disingenuous at best.

This company use sub standard materials which are poorly fitted the roof leaked in several places there insurance contract was not worth the paper it was written on the work was surveyed and found at fault but they refused to carry out the repairs it was a con we had to employ another company to replace the roof at a £4,000 loss they offered a great deal but it was a con

We had a front door with side panels supplied and fitted. From the quote to the fitting Hometec were polite, professional and kept me informed throughout.
