The windows look really great, the fitters were very meticulous and did a really good job, paying attention to all the finishing details.Hometec we’re easy to deal with, kept us informed and did what they said they would do.

I can’t thank Hometec enough. We had an extension built a few years ago and our builder used an independent window guy, they were fitter and looked ok. However the extension had a constant draft, the house couldn’t keep warm and we could hear lots of outside noise. The window man returned on several occasions saying they were fine. We left it for a few years and brought in Hometec. From the moment they arrived they were professional and not trying the hard sell approach, we discussed our options and went for some new windows. The fitters arrived promptly when they said they would, took upmost care sheeting up our room. They took great care putting the new windows and were perfectionists. They were friendly but professional and I can’t recommend them enough. They discovered my old windows hadn’t been put in with best practices.
The new windows are really fantastic quality and within a few hours of them being installed our home was warmer! We can’t hear outside noises and no more drafts! We are so happy with our new windows and I would highly recommend anyone to use Hometec.

Hometec were recommended to me by a neighbour. Initial contact was with salesman who visited our home. Very helpful and no pressure tactics. Survey carried out promptly and door fitted within a few weeks. Visited the showroom to view door styles in person - again very helpful. Door is excellent quality and finished fitting very high standard. I would definitely recommend Hometec and use them again.

Keith and Jude were on time for the 2days .Polite and efficient in the way they worked.They worked together knowing what there next job was without asking.

The fitters of our windows and doors were Jason and Tony. They were polite, efficient and cleaned up beautifully after themselves.

Very respectful in our home and considerate of us and our pets. One picture window was too large they boarded the area up, remeasuredand re ordered the missing window which was fitted this week.

We also had cabin hooks missing to our French doors, these were fitted this week.

The customer never needs to chase up Hometec as they do not miss following up with orders and their customer service is second to none.

This is the third property we have used their services for and the quality of care experienced never disappoints.

Hometec uk replaced our front windows last year and have just completed replacing the back ones and the patio door. We are very pleased with them and noticed a big difference over the winter regarding insulation and an absence of internal condensation.
The fitters (a father and son team) were courteous and respectful of our property. They did a great job.

Fabulous from start to finish!! The quality of our front door and fitting is excellent. Hometec provided a quick turn around and Jack was always on hand to answer all my questions. We will be coming back to Hometec for our windows next :)

Will not repair faulty work so water still coming inside all the winter causing major damage and very aggressive on telephone . I have twice had the gutters cleaned but they still claim it is caused by leaves despite having a copy of the engineer,s report stating that there are workmanship issues and faulty construction

Joe installed my door today and the finish and installation is first class. After having a botched Job done in the past by a local trader and having nothing but problems it was Just so lovely to have such a fantastic Job done and so quickly installed and the workman ship is first class
They also installed my parents new door today as well and again total first class service and installation
