Purchased some Crest 3D Lux whitening strips. Finally got round to using them 2 months later.

Fake. Don’t smell of peroxide, they don’t do the Luxe range anymore. I ordered some from the USA Amazon which you can now do and compared and they’re not the same, they don’t smell of peroxide either. Contacted them and their customer service team is extremely rude and said show me proof your a crest whitening expert and we don’t accept returns. They said these come from Asia not the USA hence why the lux ones still run.

In my opinion they’re fake, and in my opinion I wouldn’t buy from here, absolutely god knows what’s in them.

Awful company with the worst customer service I've experience in my entire life. My order was dispatched and delivered to a location which was not secured/agreed upon (an open public mail room rather than my locker or my front door) . The company has refused to take responsibility and to this day continues to dodge my questions about whether they could send me a replacement or refund. They've asked me to ask my neighbors and take a look around the building before they could help me. They then asked me to write a police report which I have done. I sent them a copy of the report I filed for evidence but this was also not good enough. They then asked me to wait for the response from the police. The response from the police was that the company have given me the wrong advice and the responsibility lies entirely with them and the courier. After forwarding this response to them they once again dodged my request for a refund or replacement entirely and are now asking whether I could obtain the cctv images. Absolute joke of a company! Not only do I not know how I would go about obtaining this. How would they even find the footage of the exact moment it was stolen? We're talking about a parcel which was dispatched months ago. All they know how to do is send customers on a wild goose chase rather than follow the advice of the police which they are now ignoring. Where is my refund?!! Don't bother purchasing anything from them. Go to a more reputable company which respects and cares for their customers instead of treating them in a dismissive and patronising manner.

I ordered 12 days ago and paid for express delivery. I was emailed to say it had been dispatched, but Royal Mail had no record of this, emailed and was told it would be sent again. Only for me to chase the second delivery and be told it was out of stock and I would have to wait!!!! Awful. I'm still waiting for a response to my email asking for a refund.

Awful - the polanight does not work, I've used it for years and this one is fake. I tried to contact them afterwards and my account no longer exists apparently and my emails via their website keep bouncing back saying there was an error.

Paid securely, got receipt email straight away and received my order within a week with no issues.

Order placed on 9th March 'super fast delivery' from the US on 15th March. Most impressed. Well wrapped too.

Used this product today, instant burning sensation, looked and some of my gums had turned white which is apparently a chemical burn, gutted as was £40 so now burnt gums unwhitened teeth and £40 down, having read the warnings looks like this shouldn’t be sold in the uk

I have used this company for many years now and I have never had a single problem with their customer service or their products.I would 100% recommend this company

I purchased Philips zoom, which normally has a 2 year shelf-life. The tube I received only had 6 months. Given the active ingredient is hydrogen peroxide that loses it's effectiveness over time. They refused to accept a return, argued with me, then ignored me. They gave me dangerous unqualified dental advice, directly contradicting my dentist. This advice would've caused gum loss. I strongly suggest to look elsewhere.

I was initially skeptical, especially since learning that the 35% Opalescence is apparently illegal to buy in the UK...but, my order was shipped Monday after ordering Sunday evening. Arrived today (Wednesday). Looks genuine, although the syringes arrived with no instructions our outer packaging, but the actual syringe packets look ok. Will find out in a few days how well it has worked.

Direct Teeth Whitening : This website has the same logo and is more than likely also a scam!

I had placed an order back in May and had a terrible experience. The response to that review had been changed by Hayley who offered a free item as an apology.

Initially, I was sceptical as there were still bad reviews being written recently and I was concerned it might have been attempt to get people to remove bad reviews. I ignored it and then Hayley reached out to me via e-mail. I stated that due to the recent bad reviews some still mentioning Jessica I politely decline her kind offer and wished her all the best in turning the company around.

I received a lovely response. Hayley informed me that Jessica has been removed from the company and they have no stopped using Amazon Logistics and use Royal Mail instead.

I thought no more of it. To my surprise the postman knocked on my door on Saturday with a box containing 2 packets of whitening strips and 2 tubes of whitening toothpaste.

They were genuine after all. I just wanted to publicly thank Hayley for the free products and her efforts in rebuilding trust. Home Teeth Whitening deserves a second chance and I hope the improvements continue and Hayley successfully turns things around.

I ordered some crest 3d white strips and when delivered they did not come in the original packaging but in some black bag. No instructions at all very very disappointed in how i have received them.

My order was wrong, i ordered 20 strips and got 10 but i couldn't use them. After a while Hayley got in touch and sorted the whole thing out! What a legend! (I still got 5) Delivery was super quick and gave me a couple more products which I'm looking forward to using. Thanks very much!
