The only teeth whitening strips out of many I have tried that actually work, and they work really well! They don’t make my teeth sensitive and results are pretty quick and clear. The white lasts and can be easily maintained with more strips every now and then, love these!

Although they confirmed my order had arrived it hasn’t . I have chased and had no positive reply.
Just emails saying it was sent.
Very disappointed as not sure what to do from here.
They said the GPS stated it had arrived but we have had nothing. Very unprofessional and uncaring . We would not have been chasing if it had been received .

I haven’t tried the whitening strips yet so will update on those later but I wanted to write a review as there was an issue with my order not arriving. When I enquired about this I was answered almost immediately, a lovely customer service rep called Jessica, she sent the tracking information. The product still hadn’t arrived a week later and seemed to be stuck in a UK Post Office sorting depo. I emailed Jessica again, and immediately was told not to worry and my order was resent, arriving 2 days later! Fantastic customer service!

I ordered the 35% gel designed to work in an hour. Unfortunately I had a reaction to the product. The company have now taken on board my request for a warning to be added and been very helpful. My previous experience of the weaker gel was good, with prompt delivery.
