We're very sorry your dumpster wasn't delivered as expected. Hometown Dumpster Rental investigated what happened and made sure you received a 100% refund. You originally ordered a 10 yard dumpster which your service provider confirmed. Then, the service provider had a couple of existing customers extend the time they needed their 10 yard dumpster, leaving your service provider short of their expected 10 yard inventory. 20 yard dumpsters were in stock and your service provider offered to deliver a 20 yard dumpster as a replacement, which you refused as too large for your space. As a result, your order needed to be canceled and refunded. Again, our apologies for the inconvenience.
