Communication & Service best ever
After 15 years witha boiler company we changed to Hometree in July which we found very easy to do.Unfortunately our boiler packed up but hometree had a boiler repair firm in within a day and although we had to have a new boiler everything was sorted within the week Hometree are really on the ball and I would thoroughly recommend them

The flue pipe was left in an unsafe…
The flue pipe was left in an unsafe manner. They removed the old flue pipe's cover and refused to replace it. They told me that it is my job to put the cover back. I used to trust hometree but now I am very disappointed. They also took direct debit out of my bank account twice, one for the new boiler and another for the old boiler. How can I pay for a boiler that they have replaced? I have reported this error with DD to them and they still have not rectified it. I am thinking of reporting DD indemnity to my bank if this is not rectified.
