A challenge resolved
My boiler was condemned, luckily through Hometree Finance my boiler was replaced and a heating plan arranged to cover servicing and through-life maintenance. What could have been a challenging issue, turned out to be effortless due to a seamless service provided by Hometree. Outcome, a new boiler coupled with peace of mind future repairs are covered, backed up by a great team putting the customer first. Great support and amazing service from the Hometree Finance Team.

Great gas boiler installation and customer service.
I have had a solar system installed which is managed by Hometree Finance and Jodie and the team have been outstanding with the ongoing support they have provided.
So when my gas boiler decided to pack up, I went to hometree to source a new one and once again they delivered.
Hot'on heating were the installers and were brilliant with the level of service they provided (see separate review).
As an exsisting Hometree customer, the finance process was even more straight forward as they simply applied common sense and used the existing information they had for me.
As before, Hometree were efficient and professional whilst maintaining a friendly approach with the support.
I cannot rate this company and it's associate installers highly enough and fully recomend you consider them when making the difficult decisions around this type of investment.

My experience
Hometree, is committed and transparent. For example, they come to service the boiler when it is due. They make sure the keep to their appointment date, they have not hesitate to response if any issue arise as regards the boiler when called or reported.

Very impressed
I am very impressed by the speed and efficiency of the whole process from my initial meeting to installation, which only took a couple of weeks. Everyone involved was supportive, professional and courteous and I am now addicted to monitoring the energy flow on the app!
