Excellent service. Quick response to the problem. Phoned at 9 and new aerial and retune all done before 11..
Everything was explained and the cost given before the job was started.
Harry was polite, professional and did a good job.

Engineer finally revisited our home to finish the job that he started and partly fixed in 2nd week of January. He said he would return the following week with a further part that was necessary to complete the job. I had to call Homevision to ask what happened to the engineer ?It was now the 2nd week of March. He came on the 23rd March and completed the job to our satisfaction. Great

It was nice an engineer came for a site visit without asking for a payment in advance. When he came he gave the price which I negotiated down. The work was completed within an hour. Everything was tested before the e ginger left my home.

A wonderful experience with Home vision recently,we needed an old digital aerial removed, attached to a ten foot aluminium pole,the operative was great,very polite,very professional,and the task was completed perfectly,even though conditions were a little breezy.I would thoroughly recommend their services.

So disappointing. An engineer came out quickly, but told me the tp link was the problem, left before the hour was up that I’d paid for. I bought a new tp link and when it still didn’t work he gave me a few tips over the phone but told me I’d be charged to come back out. Even though the tp link wasn’t the issue. I rang the central line and when I explained I was £150 out of pocket and still had no internet she was completely unsympathetic. I paid for someone else to fix it in the end who diagnosed the problem properly. Lesson learned, always go local.

Poor service - could not recommend.

The engineer, Ashley, was very friendly, helpful and competent. He replaced our aerial system quickly and efficiently. I thoroughly recommend this company.

We had the Home Vision Engineer Sturat Yates out today to supply and fit a security camera to our premises. He was very efficent in every detail. He left our house completly clean after alot of drilling through very thick walls. He was also very happy to carry out small technical issues with our TV and Internat signal strength. We would recommend Stuart Yates as a first class engineer.

At last somebody who turned up when he said he would and did what was required... Pleasant efficient. A little expensive maybe... But perhaps money well spent.

Guy came out to fix tv and replaced transformer as ours dead great guy great service only thing is the transformer buzzing all time is there one you can buy that does not buzz

Harry the engineer, legend. Brilliant bloke

Excellent company. Quick to reply to emails and phone calls. Patient when you’ve no idea like me, what you need and how you need it done. Explaining everything as they go. Helpful, knowledgeable and happy to go that extra mile

Signal intermittent, booked appointment and Harry turned up later in the day. He explained everything and the cost before starting. The service was exceptional, parts fitted and within the hour my TV signal was perfect. Could not fault and I would recommend as Harry did a great job all round.

The engineer did a great job, no fuss.

Initially had an appointment booked and by the afternoon nobody had arrived. I phoned and they said the Engineer's van had broken down. Advised they would visit the next morning. I phoned in the afternoon again as nobody had arrived. I was told the Engineer had a large job to do so wouldn't have time to visit. (Should have cancelled by then, but I didn't).
Offered a call first thing the next day.
Engineer arrived said we needed a new aerial and charged £408! He was here for about 20 minutes. Felt the price was too much after checking with other companies. Also did not receive a call about cancelled appointments - I phoned them!

First fitted cable as thought all I needed month later picture was bad came back told needed new Ariel no problem cost both jobs £350 two month Dow the line picture bad phoned told was on warrant so would come out .one week and two days nobody keep saying engineer busy out next day then got big job out next day then sick out Monday .still nobody they phoned with another excuse told them not to bother .would get somebody myself so unreliable .would not recommend.

I filled out an online form to book in a visit to look at our TV signal issue. I had a call back in less than two minutes and an engineer booked to visit the next morning. Russell came out, diagnosed the issue and set about replacing our aerial after it was clear the aerial was faulty and beyond repair. Russell was extremely friendly, polite and professional. The work was done super quickly and he checked and demonstrated everything was working before leaving. I was informed of the cost up front before work even began and overall, really really impressed with the work.
