Thank you, got my masks, very comfortable and they fit well. For those of you still waiting, it can take awhile. Because of the coronavirus delivery sevices are struggling to keep up with demand. Not many update their websites when they receive packages. As was the case with my masks. It said they hadn't received my order, even though I was sent a confirmation email to say it had been sent. A few days later the masks arrived. It was exactly what I ordered, and very good quality.

Thank you, received the masks yesterday. I am highly impressed, they fit perfectly and are very comfortable.

Keep up the good work! Help people and the planet and ignore the "poorly-in-head"
Chin up! Plod along, fight the customs! The bottom line, from a consumer’s point of view is, If you won’t get us the masks, we won’t have any! That’s it! Simple!
So if anything, we should be helping you, to help us, not bringing you down!

Not that we can just go and buy some N95 masks elsewhere.

So now, that the whole world is in deep manure, if you can’t help, at least stay still and shut up! Stop splattering those who are trying to help us out! Like offering hand crafted high-end masks! 😉 when actually nobody else does!

I would like to thank all the team for dealing with my order during this pandemic. It’s a challenging time for everyone so I just wanted to be grateful towards you. Despite the delay from the Royal Mail I was pleased to receive the masks as expected. I haven’t seen those “unique” reusable and organic masks here yet in my area. So far so good, this has now bring interest to my family and friends who have already placed their orders.

Really pleased with the all items I received including the mask and filters! Yes, there was a delay with the delivery of the mask and spare filters but that was not unexpected and now it is so disappointing that I now cannot order more masks for family members because of the unjustified abuse received by the supplier. I only ordered one mask with spare filters initially as I was unsure of the comfort and quality but needn’t have worried as they are as described. Would recommend this company.

One star is too much. Stated in stock, wasn't. Gave tracking number, Royal Mail status stayed at "the seller has informed us they are dispatching the item" so how come it was "dispatched" 17 April yet managed to arrive 09 May after REALLY being dispatched on 07 May. No reply to emails sent. Therefore commented on Facebook page. However, if you question your order you get childish ranting videos on facebook insulting you, which I guess were actually rather amusing if pathetic. HONESTly, don't bother. There are plenty of places that do the same item, much cheaper, and with a decent delivery window. Don't waste your money if you can go elsewhere. No doubt there will be a derogatory response to this comment which should be fairly amusing, although unread by me.

If I could give a 0 then that's what I'd give. I bought some of the cling wrap replacement in 2019. A pitifully small amount (only one piece of each size, I was expecting multiple) arrived and it doesn't cling, to anything, totally useless. The metal straws arrived direct from China - how very eco friendly! - again overpriced (you can now get the same product for £2.50 from Primark). Please don't waste your money as the products appear to be a rip off - and when I tried to leave a negative review on their website it wouldn't let me save it so the reviews shown on their own website are all heavily skewed to any favourable remarks. Would never purchase from them again.

I have just received my second box as I signed up to the monthly surprise delivery,
I love it and have been thrilled with the contents. The guarantee is double the value of the contents to the payment and it really is, its fantastic. I wondered if I would receive the same things each month, but have got completely different products that I love and some new things to try which is great.
I am so pleased I signed up for this, I love it so a huge thank you to Miracle Organics. I cannot recommend you highly enough.

I ordered the toxin-free wrap in June. I tried many times to use it successfully even looking at their video instructions but was unable to keep it on anything that was higher than the dish it was in as the food got squashed. Then when I tried to put it over a lasagne dish not even more than 1.5 times the size of the wrap the corner tore off!
I took a photo and sent it to the company asking for my money back as the wrap is unfit for purpose. I didn't hear anything back at all, not even an acknowledgement of my email. 12 days later I sent another email to them asking why they hadn't answered me. That was on the 20th August. I haven't heard anything yet......

The baby chewed a hole in one of them but they work fine.

Fabulous service and good quality goods. I was so happy with my order I have told all my friends about it. Would highly recommend this company.

I ordered some Resin Free Food Savers but was dismayed when they didn't arrive. After several emails between myself and Emily I discovered that the parcel was still at the local Royal Mail Sorting Office. Emily couldn't have been more helpful. She promptly replied to all my questions. Thanks so much. I would not hesitate in ordering from Honest Miracle Family Organics again.

Friendly and helpful advice offered before making a purchase. My order was with me within a week. Very happy with the product, beautifully made and easy to use. First time I've tried reusable sanitary towels and honestly felt like I wasn't wearing anything, during yesterday's heat, unlike a plastic pad which feels so sweaty. I liked the personal touch and the little note which came inside the parcel. The parcel was packaged will minimal waste, perhaps could exchange sellotape for paper tape. VERY HAPPY. Thank you

Honest Miracle is a great little company doing their bit to reduce our plastics use. I have their Bamboo Tooth Brushes and love their Reusable Toxin Free Food Wraps that remove my need for cling film. I highly recommend both this company and its products, great service, great products. Give them a try, you'll love them!

I have just received my first order from Honest Miracle Family Organics. Delighted! As well as the items ordered( stacking cutlery sets with handles like Lego bricks for myself and my grandchildren, and very reasonably priced bamboo toothbrushes) , I was sent a free gift of another bamboo toothbrush with rainbow bristles , all sent with a lovely wee handwritten note from Kim. Excellent products and brilliant customer service from an independent UK firm- what’s not to like? Try them!

Unfortunately I didn’t read these reviews before I purchased something from honest miracle. I am now another victim of the company being ignored. This company has a returns policy but does not provide a return address. They tell you to email to request one but then they completely ignore your emails. I have emailed twice and also requested via Facebook posts and been completely ignored. I am beyond frustrated. I also never really write reviews but feel that this company should not be allowed to continue selling products with a false returns policy. The products I purchased simply did not work for me and so I wanted to return. I now find the name honest miracle very ironic.

Thanks you Emily for your response (I cannot work out how to respond via trust pilot so I’m updating my review).

Unfortunately I was not aware that this wraps constituted a hygiene product and in any case your terms state that they cannot be returned only if they have been used or the seal broken (“such as food or drink products & accessories, including tap filters where the hygiene seal has been broken, toothbrushes and intimate or sanitary goods)”). I would suggest perhaps updating this so it is clearer with regard to the fact that these products are categorised as hygiene products and also that they cannot be returned even if completely unused and still with the original plastic attached.

With regard to responses to my two emails, please could you be so kind as to forward on your responses that were sent. I have scanned through my junk mail and cannot find any evidence so I’d like to explore with my email provider why I did not receive them.

With regard to the products, I have not kept them as they do not work and without any information about how to use them properly, despite carefully reading and following the instructions and without any further support, despite requesting this several times.

I am feeling so disappointed with the silicone wraps I ordered and even more so at the lack of response from the company to a number of messages regarding the products I received. I had 2 wraps plus 1 free, I was initially delighted to receive the instructions before the product arrived, read it carefully and followed said instructions. I used the wrap on a dish pretty much the same size as wrap, so minimal stretch was required. However the wrap split on the 2nd use. I was surprised and disappointed but to make matters worse the company have not responded to any of my messages regarding the problem. I now have no faith in the product or company and feel I have been ‘had’. PayPal doesn’t protect the purchaser either. Buyers beware

To add, the response to this review was the first contact the company made. Still clearly not interested in customer service, making presumptions and not interested or finding a way to resolve the issue in an acceptable manor. Arrogant DIShonest miracle.
