Katie was incredibly helpful. I had a problem with my sim and it was sorted very quickly. On my list today was “cancel honest sim” because I was so frustrated it wasn’t working.

Katie walked me through the whole process and it was actually very easy. She also answered some additional questions I had, like using data around the world - She sent the link of where it covers and I was surprised to learn it’s very usefully in many countries across the world! As an avid traveller- This will come in very handy!

I updated my phone and I needed to transfer my eSIM to the new phone. I contacted honest mobile by WhatsApp and I received the immediate response, and they talked me through exactly what I needed to do. and I received excellent service. and the agent was really friendly and knowledgable.

The support I from received from Leah was exceptional. My problems was understood straight away, the communication was clear, and the solution was delivered without any hassle. It’s great to get service this efficient and this friendly at the same time. Really impressed.

At 1st it wasn’t great talking to a bot, sends me sideways that stuff, but then I got a real person, Katie, Katie reviewed the bot conversation then come back to me with 1 instruction, and that 1 instruction got the sim working,
So fair play to the lass, and she clearly has good humour, so it’s a 5 star from me 👌🏼

Excellent help on a complicated issue

I am not the most tech savvy pensioner in the world and found the set-up instructions lacked simplicity, cosequently I had to contact the team for assistance which, to be fair, was fairly rapid and I was up and running after possibly 40 minutes back and fore.
As far as the product itself? I am still having minor glitches with signal. I live in South Wsles and recently travelled to Yorkshire and managed to find some poor signals everywhere (I wasn't actively serking them out, honestly) TBH, the esim is not quite the wonder tool I was expecting, but has certainly improved overall performance.
