Not what it used to be

I liked Honeybook more in the first two years I worked with them than the subsequent two. Recently their prices have been raised significantly, and their redesign and "smart files" are anything but smart, making tasks that were previously a cinch quite frustrating and time consuming.

As a Wedding Planner using HB for 6…

As a Wedding Planner using HB for 6 years I will be honest I became quite frustrated for a bit with its cost vs Capabilities. However since 2026 the updates have made HB a Real Tool I am not sure I can go without. linking google drive and attachments and note taker is a game changer. works great with integrating my systems with Google

The best project and sales management…

The best project and sales management software I have ever seen out there. I don't have words and time to express myself, if you are a business owner who don't have time to waste not even a second, then HoneyBook is for you. I love smart tools and software, I am a business owner, not a software engineer or marketing expert so I don't want to waste my time learning software, I tried so many software and some of them just waste your time, hurt your business and productivity with no results. HoneyBook is built for business owners who wear many hats, so you get one tool from lead generation to meeting, appointment schedules, sending agreement, invoice, questionnaire, documents management, emails, project management all at one place and all the hard work is already done for you by HoneyBook. Just add your logo, brand colors, connect your email, set up your apointment schedule and add the link to your website and that's all. Start management your leads through appointments coming to HoneyBook, close the deal, send the agreement and invoice, receive retainer payment and complete the project. All inside HonyBook, a simple smart tool for smart business. I can't say more, if you're tired trying out many tools, HoneyBook will be your last stop. Try it yourself.

DOES NOT DEPOSIT YOU PAYMENTS AS STATED

I have been using Honeybook for sometime now and they are getting really bad. They say that they process credit card payments within 2-3 days and they keep moving them out every night I have over 12K that I have been waiting on for 6 days I am thinking of changing my account to Seamless Maybe they would like my 1 Million in annual sales

You cannot speak to a human

You cannot speak to a human, only email correspondence. We had a client who marked their wedding payment as fraud a month later after we hosted their reception and she posted how great it was on social media. I could not fight the fraud charge directly and had to go through Honeybook and sent photos of the food and celebration and all we got was a sorry, the credit card company ruled against you and we lost thousands of dollars with no back up from Honeybook.

If you’re a Service Provider you need HoneyBook!

I have been a HoneyBook user for almost 6 years! HoneyBook has made managing my clients, invoicing, contracts, payments, scheduling meetings, client communication, onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between….Streamlined and Easy!

And I love the culture of HoneyBook. They care about their users experience with their product, frequently asks for feedback on features/updates, and the HoneyBook support has always been helpful.

Love HoneyBook but also their legacy files

Love HoneyBook but I wish they would have continued using the Legacy files. They are simply so much better, friendly and deliver smoothly. Also, I feel like they make unnecessary changes to the platform that make it clunkier. Apart from that, it is absolutely amazing and I have been using it since 2020! I love how the scheduler integrates seamlessly with my Google calendar and the automations are like having an assistant. Overall, I love it!

I love HoneyBook!

I love, honey! Before I used it, my business finances were definitely cluttered and it was difficult to keep everything on track with all my clients

I have an easy time with taxes at the end of the year just one click and everything gets sent to my CPA

Love the work flow, hate the bugs

I love honeybook - it has kept me sssoo organized over the years HOWEVER I feel like the app loads extremely slow as of recently. The email feature will glitch and cut out parts of my email once I hit send. If i have just spent time quoting a client, me having to rewrite my email takes away time that I could be doing something else. Additionally, I have seen a lot more error messages that result in me having to refresh the app over and over. If I am being honest if I found another app that had similar feature but less bugs I would switch. Please clean up the app.

Very messy invoicing

Very messy invoicing and clients can see each others cc numbers if they are collaborating and I constantly get error messages. Invoicing totals don’t update on the app properly. It’s just very messy
