I ordered a pair of their "indestructible" shoes about a year ago. I received them after 5 months of waiting. They came to me, mailed, in a black shopping bag with a shipping label. No box or brand labels. I, according to their Customer Service Rep, ordered the wrong size, a half size to big, so I didn't wear them often, as I had already purchased another pair of steel toes to wear while waiting on these. About a month goes by, and I started wearing them daily. 2 months go by, and the "steel toe" on right shoe is already halfway exposed because the fabric is tearing away. I have now been wearing them for about 5-6 months, daily. The sole is coming apart on the inside, so every step I take you hear a click, on both shoes, under the ball of my foot. This is causing my feet to be extremely sore after a days work.

The only good thing I have to say about these shoes, is that they came the right color pattern. They are cheaply made, and are definitely not indestructible as advertised.

Ordered 2 pairs of work shoes and only after 4 weeks received 1 pair! I have tried for over 2 months to find out when my second pair of shoes will arrive with absolutely no response.
All l get is “we will look into it “

Bad company probably a fraud I'm waiting for my order since may 4th we are now June 11th I can't get any information from them be aware

I am very satisfied with the shoes. only the inside does break quickly at the heel. otherwise really satisfied! I don't have sore feet anymore ☺️
I really like to wear them. my other work shoes also have this problem at the heel. and these once weigh so heavily. and now it just feels like I'm wearing running shoes.

Im a tradie, I brought these shoes that took 3 weeks to arrive, after 1 day I had already worn the material on my toe caps whilst doing diy, after 2 weeks my right side heel has pulled away completely from the sole. These shoes are a complete pice of sh-t. I have emailed this company 3 times with photos and not 1 bloody response. Be aware they are not what they advertise them to be, stay away, the retail price showing big discounts is a have, no way are these even close to being worth what the discounted price is. Those that have brought these have been fooled in to believe there claims. This company needs to be investigated by the commerce commission which I will be reporting in NZ and the USA. DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES THEY ARE COMPLETE RUBBISH. I wish I had read all the reviews before wasting my money!! My loss.

5 months shoe completely wasted. I ask about the garantie of the product, and Honeycocoon told me to buy another with discunt. Is this a undestructible shoe that is annouced?! Bad shoe, bad resistence, bad customer support

Ordered two pair, but only one received. They sent a link for shipping of the second pair, but link shows that it reached HongKong port 6 weeks ago. After two months, still not received; no answer from emails, either. I'm willing to rewrite my review if this is corrected. I realize international shipping takes time.
UPDATE: both pairs received. Wearing them now; I knew they would be heavy due to the steel plating. Saved my foot already with a nail that stuck but did NOT penetrate. Wondering if I can wear it through TSA for my overseas mission construction trips. I will FULLY recommend them.

worse thing ever. several sizes too big and the cheapest, plastic material lays flat... Not even a outside boot but a plastic slipper with one seam down the middle of two duplicate pieces of material. It's not a pillow case but a boot sent in a flat envelope, no invoice or anything contacted CS, they won't send return info but off a 5$ coupon for another order, are they on drugs. I'm 67 female, never heard such a thing, also took 2 months to receive.

Boots were awful plastic and just awful. Did I say awful?

Low quality. Boots are not as pictured. Advertised as good for plantar fasciitis & spurs; absolutely false; no arch support or heel padding. Ordered 2 pair size 9 and blue pair shorter than camel pair. Different padding in the colors.
Shoestring are pictured, but do not come with actual shoe strings or color as advertised. I am too embarrassed to donate they are that chintzy.

Shoes tore up BADLY after only 6 months. Honey cocoon will only give a discount on another pair of shoes. My husband does flooring for a living. He's on his hands and knees not on his shoes! Walmart tennis shoes hold up better than these ever could and their 1/4 of the price. Don't waste your time or money buying from art friendly Canadians!!

Shoes came in a timely manner but sure did not last long at all . Cheap walmart boots last longer. They are not indestructible whatsoever. Within 2 weeks the rubber at the toes ripped exposing the metal in shoe. And the inside were down soo bad you get blisters . Looks nice but that's about it .

Bought 2 pair of shoes and ordered the wrong size. Their website says that exchanges are hassle free. Spent $80 on the two pair, but to return them for exchange, I was told to send them to an address in France! A mere $100-$200 in shipping charges (I checked). Since the shoes were mailed from a city in California, I asked for a US address for return. No response. Their email ends in .ca which I thought was Canada. Shipping returns to France is a joke but I'd be willing to ship to Canada. There's no way to reach them by phone and now crickets in email. My bad for taking a chance on them! I will be contacting the BBB.

I bought a pair of their bullet proof shoes. Extremely comfortable and tough. Wore them daily for about 6 months before wearing them on my trips to Europe and Japan, walking at least 5 miles a day in 5 countries. Finally gave up the ghost in Tokyo, but we figured miles walked in that time was over a thousand. All in all wore them about a year--and with hard use--I was happy with the comfort level and durability for what I paid. Shoes don't last forever. Just ordered another two pair.

I bought their indestructible shoes and the soles wrecked actually fell apart in less than 2 months
I sent photos and emails to the company.
Their response was that the soles wrecked due to wearing them.
Arent shoes meant to be worn?
They offered me a discount of 25%as a favour to buy another pair.
Keep away it is a scam
With no respect for their customers

Bought a pair of trainers within 2 weeks backs split reported it the answer was I must have misused them by wearing them after all the abuse they do on the video I will not be buying another pair.

I was not happy with my shoes I emailed them 3 times with no response so no refund or exchange calling did no better for me

This company is terrible to deal with and they are very rude, I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau, I bet they already have lots of terrible reviews! I wish I read the reviews before I ordered 2 pairs!

The shoes are so small a ten year old might be able to wear them!!! Wrong color and the insoles he ordered were not in the shipment,plus the customer service number is text only and good luck getting a response!!! These people are the worst!!!
