The shoes look pretty cool. My husband loved the style, but I ordered them 3 months before his birthday and they still arrived after. He was very excited to try them out when he finally received them. He wore them for a week and the bottoms got a hole in them. He went a 12 hour shift outside with soaked feet. Not happy with the price or quality of these shoes.

I ordered two pairs of work shoes, one my size the other a size larger: none fit. They run small. I sorta guessed this so I was going to return one. Now, I want to return two pairs. They quickly offered me 1/2 off so I wouldn't have to pay for shipping to ship it back. I almost jumped. Then I said, "don't send anything till I return these two". Customer service was nice.
I found out now that I have to return these shoes to France from USA. I have yet to find out how much it will cost to send these back internationally. It's free shipping to you not for any returns.
Are you sure you want to be in my shoes, stuck with two wrong sizes and pay shipping to France if something doesn't fit or is an error on their part? I await customer service. I'm furious!

UPDATE: They do not cover return shipping. FEDEX charges over $120 dollars return shipping to France. I’m stuck! REMEMBER! Return shipping is on you!

Worst shoe ever. Sent defective shoe and this is the garbage service they have.

These shoes are way too big and I take an mens 9 and my husband and 8 but they ar sloppy on our feet. They not waterproof which I though they were

These shoes are horrible...the barely lasted 2 months, the in sole fell apart, the inside where your heel is was all torn up and the steel plate underneath the sole actually cracked! This is after barely 2 months of WALKING! I work in a shop and I sit for the most part, but I do walk a bit each day. They will not refund anything after 14 days, and to say that the product needs to be in unused condition. How ridiculous! The shoes aren't going to go bad sitting in a bag in 2 weeks. So their counter offer was to ship me another pair for $25! Hah! Never again. PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW AND TAKE SERIOUSLY!!!

I put you a pair of those shoes 4 months ago they ripping from the bottom and top the camouflage ones

The shoes width was a problem. I take a standard 11 but these widths are smaller then normal causing pain in my toes of both feet. The outer material scuffed through the first day working around the yard.
If you have to return the shoes they have to be mailed to France making a return to costly $192 then add a 20% restocking fee. I would not buy them unless you can try them first.

The shoes are as advertised, only one thing that I found to be a flaw. The sole of the shoes has to be the thinnest cheapest material! Maybe the next generation shoes could think of stability of shoes (it seems to get stretched out during a days of work). But it’s waterproof, it has a steel toe, the nails can’t come through the bottom, and I have been wearing at work and so far so good. Mind you I have coworkers that try to test the shoes so far so good, just work on the stability, padding and all is good for the price! Mahalo

Yes they take a long time to arrive. I have ordered 10 pair for my guys and they all love them, they have told me they are very comfortable. I did have a problem with one pair and yes it was defective in my eyes, the metal eyelets for the laces came out. After 4 emails I finally received a proper response. Yes they did not confirm they were defective but let me buy another pair for $25 which was okay for the person who had the defective pair. Overall we are happy with the shoes and the company. Yes this is a real review, I am a real person.

Nice customer support; they reacted quickly when I asked them to change the size of the shoes (I entered the wrong number).

Shoes fit nicely, robust and look cool.

Unfortunately, they aren’t waterproof.
First day in my shop I got soaked wet feet. Not what I expected.

The other features of the shoes are fine.

Low quality chineese....stuff. Hard part of inner toe is standing out at one place, hearting fingers. Hard smell of industial rubber. Definitely inadequate price.
No reply or any feedback from that Cocoons at all. Their office along with factory must be burned by orbital laser beam.

I was made aware of these shoes from a loved one. They seemed decent so i thought id get me some. I ordered a pair that was too tight in the toe cap. I contacted them and they sent me a bigger size at a discounted price. The second pair fits much better. They are comfortable, but the steel begins to show fast if you spend alot of time on your knees. Would be better if there was a protective cap or scuff plate over the toe to prevent wear through. Other than that i like them.

Positive reviews are fake and must be removed.

Liers and doesnt stand behind the product. Got my shoes and about 3 weeks the tops wore off and the steel toe was coming out. Wrote honeycocoon and was told I only have 14 days after I got them to return them unless it was defective. I wrote them and sent pictures that it was defective and all I get is the same email back. Dont waste your money because they dont last more them a month and they dont care.

My shoes took a little under month to be delivered! And they deteriorated after 5 days of using them.

- I imagine how a company like this was created

Business man 1: hey we should falsely advertise some kickass shoes and use online marketing strategies to get people to buy them.

Business man 2: that’s a smart idea, let’s also have them made in Bangladesh where we can pay workers $45 a month.

Business man 1: wouldn’t the products be total pieces of shît then?

Business man 2: that doesn’t matter! We’ll just have no customer service so none of these bastàrds can receive a refund.

I ordered two pairs of shoes and had an issue with one of them. Customer service representative Celna was very helpful and was able to resolve all the issues in a short time. I wore my shoes for the first time to work and was pleased with there performance and comfort.

Don't think just get it.

I ordered a pair of their shoes and was impressed when I opened the package! That’s where the good stops. For starters, the shipping did take about 1.5 weeks longer than promised when the order was placed. After wearing these shoes for about 3 weeks, my right shoe started making a loud clicking noise with every step I took! I wrote to customer service addressing the issue and the response I received back was, it’s past 14 days and the only replace defective items! But I could buy another pair at a discount to fix the problem!

Buyer beware- no customer service and they do not stand behind their products!
