Faulty item but resolved straight away
I received a faulty item of clothing which I was a little upset about, however the issue was resolved straight away when speaking with the owner and a full refund and delivery fee was also given to which I am very grateful for. They were very kind and understanding in dealing with the issue promptly.

Only half of my ordered was delivered
Only half of my ordered was delivered, I had order 2x hospital bag organisers for friends and only received 1 pack of these, I have emailed and sent message on Instagram and had no response so product was great just disappointed not all ordered was delivered

Great Customer Service
Lovely hospital organisers to make life easier packing my hospital bag. Unfortunately having big issues with Royal Mail in my area at the moment and not receiving our post for weeks. However seller was super helpful and responded very quickly in sending out another order to ensure I had them in time for my induction. Great customer service 😊

Haven’t received items. Sent an email to say item has been dispatched. Royal Mail haven’t received it! Emailed and heard nothing. Will get my refund through PayPal… avoid at all costs!!
