I received a crossover bra as a gift from my mom. I loved it! It was comfortable and supportive. But less than six months later it is falling apart. The seems have opened and the pads don’t stay in place. It basically needs to be trashed at this point because the seems are wide open in so many places. I want to give this bra another try because I liked it so much. Maybe there was something I missed about the care, but it was always washed on delicate and never put in the dryer. They don’t seem cheap so I’m not sure why this has happened.

I thought the website was hard to use. I had a question about colors, which made no sense with names like "vamp." It was difficult to find a way to "chat" with customer service.
One of items I ordered was out of stock. There was no communication of this until I finally contacted company to ask about my order. Site kept dropping my conversation and I had to start over 3 different times. One of the customer service personnel was very helpful to finally get this resolved.

When I placed my order, I inadvertently ordered another bra for $74 that I really didn’t need and I tried to take it off of my order, but there was no place to review my cart. So I guess I’ll have to accept it when it comes. Actually review order came up once, but it would not let me delete the $74 bra.

It was very confusing. I was trying to find bras with no fasteners in the back and had trouble finding them. Also, I didn’t have an opportunity to enter the first time buyer promo code so I had to pay full price!

I was able to find what I was looking for and Order the size I needed easily. But so many advertisements for other products made it was difficult to find the bag to complete checkout.

I paid for a "club" membership. It said I was getting 14.80 credit on this order plus free shipping. Well I got the free shipping but no 14.80 credit. I also spent a bit of time with your virtual help because I could not get a screen to set up a password etc. for my membership account. Nothing worked. I replied to my order confirmation that I wanted the 14.80 credit or I wanted the order cancelled.

I wish I could just order a medium without going through all questions. Plus I ordered 3 bras all medium but the size goes from 36 A to 36C. I have always been a 36C and the last time I ordered one of your bras you sent a large and it was way too big. So now I’m so leery about answering the questions so I get a medium.

It was difficult and cumbersome to validate that I’m an educator. I have found it much easier on other sites using ID.me. I would have preferred this as the verification process.

Website did not move easily. Back arrow only functioned after the item screen was closed. Selecting items took more time than typical on most websites.
