To find your perfect fit, we recommend using a soft measuring tape to measure snugly around your ribcage, just below your bust, for your band size. Then, measure around the fullest part of your bust to determine your cup size, and you can enter these measurements into our sizing tool https://www.honeylove.com/sizing

To calculate your cup size, follow these steps:
1. **Measure your Overbust:** While standing, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape measure tight but not restrictive, and keep it parallel to the floor.
2. **Calculate:** Subtract your **Band Size** (calculated from your underbust measurement) from your **Overbust** measurement. The difference determines your cup size.

For example, if your overbust is 38" and your band size is 34, the difference is 4, which equals a D cup.

The shopping experience was good, checkout was a bit annoying

The shopping experience was very good. It was easy for me to find what I was looking for.

That being said, while I did order a second bra because of the offered discount, I found the extra checkout marketing to be too aggressive. If you would like me to buy more product, send me an email with a discount, don't bombard me with multiple products I have never tried before at my checkout. It almost made me cancel my order. I often buy other products from companies who offer me discounts later, after I have had time to decide whether or not I like their products.

The "find your size" worked well. Now I am excited to see if I actually found my size.
I wish the site was clearer with regard to tariffs. I realised late that the bra will ship from the US - am I right? Now I am concerned that I will paying a tariff once it arrives...

I was not happy at all with my online…

I was not happy at all with my online experience. In fact, I decided to not order after the frustration I went thru. I was only ordering at all because a fav podcast offered 20% off and I trust that podcaster. It took several attempts to even bring the site up with the address the podcast indicated to use. Even tho the product is still too expensive, I thought I’d give it a try anyway. I picked an item, size, color. I entered my current address (which is different from my home address), credit card info and hit Place Order. I THOUGHT at that point I had placed the order. Then I wait for a confirmation email only to find an email from Shop that wants to verify that it’s me. They showed the wrong address. Total BS. I decided not to order. An hour or 2 later there’s an email from Honeylove saying “Make it yours”. My info was in there correctly and I easily placed the order. No email from Shop to verify it was me. It should’ve been much easier the first time I tried. I’m hoping I like your product, I don’t usually buy bras online.

I had a wonderful shopping experience…

I had a wonderful shopping experience with Honeylove. I needed new bras but was really dreading the thought of shopping for them in person. Being able to browse from home, review the sizing information, and place my order without the stress or discomfort of an in-store fitting made the entire process so much easier. The website was easy to navigate, the information provided was helpful. Overall, Honeylove made what is usually a daunting shopping experience feel simple and comfortable

I hesitated on buying bra online…

I hesitated on buying bra online without trying on first. I relented and ordered 3. I hope they fit and look good. I have always had a hard time buying bras,being well endowed and needing support.
That only became more difficult since my lumpectomy 20 years ago and getting older.
I really hope I like the ones I picked. I am grateful that there is 30 day refund available. If they work I’ll be joining the club. Fingers crossed they fit. 🤞🤞

I wasn't able to opt out of $1.99 theft…

I wasn't able to opt out of $1.99 theft protection. I find it offensive that I should have to buy insurance for an online purchase in any event, but they made it extremely hard to opt out and in the end, even though I removed it once from my cart, it made it back in and I didn't see until I already made the purchase. Shameful.

Immediate resolution to a problem

When I contacted Honeylove through email about not receiving my order due to an incorrect address on the package I received a quick response. I confirmed my correct address and by the next day they had confirmed a new order to replace it.
