Amazing Customer Service
My package went missing even though it was marked as delivered by the post office. I contacted customer service over email and they offered to ship my order out again at no cost to me. Really appreciate the help even though they were not obligated to!

I bought the Scioness (Green) clitoral licking toy last year in October. It worked amazing, I never squirted before using this toy. However, it stopped working about a week or so ago. So I contacted Honey play box and they are going to send me a free replacement.

I picked up the Luis model at the…
I picked up the Luis model at the suggestion of a local adult shop, and it is honestly incredible. I had an issue with it stopping and a quick email. Later, their warranty department went ahead. It shipped me a new one.
Look not only does Louise offer thrusting and firing, as well as a hundred different modes on this app itself, you can let someone take control of it. I found that quite interesting during my ownership of it. So far, some people do take it too far though!

Heating function is minimal at best, vibrator cords too short, not sure how long it'll be before they break. Not worth the money.

Very depressed!
The product isn't charging. It only has one bar on the power light. As I mentioned in the first review letter, The power was going when I picked it up from the Post Office. The whole thing is crap. After all this time, I haven't gotten any use for the product. I am depressed. I just received the power cord yesterday and charged the product overnight, and as I said before, only one power bar turned itself off. The product is KAI 2. Please send a replacements.
