Good material however just 2 day of…
Good material however just 2 day of sitting on the seattee noticed that the corner parts do turn to get very soft and material looked as it has been stretched out.
Take more time or attention in putting strong re-enforcement padding on your corners. Also its a lot of packaging which surely needs taking away at time of delivery.
Otherwise good U sofa which can be turned into L shaped.

Beautiful sofa and delivery guys were amazing, would of been 5 stars but 2 days before delivery, got message to say delayed by a month and no compensation for sitting on beanbags for 5 weeks

Warning
The quality of the products was extremely misleading for over £500 i was expecting quality however the product was very cheep chip wood i was told it was sturdy wood however this is absolutely not what I received very flimsy tacky cheep product. The customer service was appalling as I
obviously wanted to return and was told that this would be through my expense and had very little time to do so I paid £100 for delivery and for these items to be assembled nothing that I was promised was executed. I feel completely gutted and feel robbed I have saved for months to try and make my home nice and this is what I'm left with.

Just to clarify for transparency: flat pack furniture is not pre-assembled and is delivered boxed for self-assembly, which is standard across the industry. As outlined on our product pages and in our confirmation emails, flat pack items are doorstep delivery only and do not include setup.
We also work with a made-to-order model for many flat pack pieces, which means they are not held in stock and must be ordered in specially. This is so we can offer more variety at better prices for our customers.

Kept up to-date from start to finish, sofa was delivered within two weeks, the actual delivery itself was very smooth even though I don’t live in the most accessible of places the drivers didn’t grumble at all they where great! The sofa is stunning I haven’t gotten off it since it came 🤣
