Absolutely shocking company
Absolutely shocking company, ordered a sofa to be delivered today 29/1/25 was told out of shock and to pick a different sofa or wait a extra two week.. I picked a different sofa with the guarantee of delivery today 29/1/25, I called 10am today to be told delivery is still going ahead and that my sofa is in the van and out for delivery, it get to the delivery time, Jason the delivery driver dose a update saying the sofa is not in the van and can’t be delivered at the time it ment to be come this is about 4:30.. so waited all day for a sofa what the company and driver new wrent coming.. and all they can do is say sorry.. when am left with no sofa and small children

I completely understand how disappointing and upsetting it must have been to wait all day, only to be told the sofa wouldn't be arriving as expected. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.
It’s clear that communication fell short, and I deeply regret that you were left in the dark, especially after being reassured multiple times. I also understand how difficult it can be to be without a sofa, particularly when you have small children to care for. This is far from the experience we want our customers to have.

Terrible
Was given a delivery date 3 weeks from my order date which was absolutely fine. Was then contacted less than 48 hours before the delivery date that I wouldn’t be receiving my furniture for another 4/5 weeks. Tried numerous contact options, phone, email, social media etc and received no response. Organisation, communication (or lack of) and customer service is terrible.

As a nervous big purchase buyer I highly recommend!
I was nervous about such a big unseen purchase but after seeing customer reviews and pics I decided on the Naples snuggle chair.
I rang customer service prior to ordering as I had a few questions (mainly wanting reassurance) and they were great at explaining everything and told me when they would next be delivering in my area.
Communication has been great throughout and I just can't believe that in 1 week I found Honeypot, decided on a sofa, ordered and now its in my home!
Delivery was very smooth (I was worried about the fit through door frames but I needn't have been concerned!) and I had updates the day before and on the day narrowing down the time frame to within an hour.
The sofa itself is beautiful and has a very expensive look and feel. Over the moon with the whole experience.

One of the best!
Ordering was easy, I was unhappy about shipping fees, spoke to an advisor she quickly addressed the issue and the mattress was delivered a few days later by a great delivery driver! Mattress was well worth the money! Couldn't be happier, they also have a pay in 4 month option with no interest!

Had to wait an extra week for delivery…
Had to wait an extra week for delivery as the sofa was out of stock..but I had already got rid of my old sofas..so was without furniture in my living room for 8 days
But the delivery men were great in setting up the corner sofa and arrived on time

I unfortunately had a house fire 1 week…
I unfortunately had a house fire 1 week after receiving my brand new sofa. I called honeypot on the off chance that they may have some goodwill in their heart. T my surprise I was told they would send an assessor out to assess the damage. This was done within a week and I was told that honeypot would fix the sofa. We are now 7 months after the fire and I have been told for the first time today that honeypot do not cover these sorts of things. I have called continuously over the months. I have paid to have the sofa moved to storage and paid storage costs for 7 months to be told the sofa should have been out in the bin 7 months ago!!!! I am outraged. This company has made me loosing everything 10 times worse. The lady on the phone confirmed that if I went to any other company they would not help in this case. The different is when I asked Next if they could help after recieving their sofa a few days before the fire they said "no, sorry, we cannot". They didn't make me pay for storage for 7 months and moving costs and take a days holiday for an assessor that was not meant to be sent out. For reference the house fire was in July 2024. It has taken this long for honeypot the change their mind.

Thank you for your feedback Lisa. Again we sincerely apologise for the miscommunication and confusion caused. I am also terribly sorry for your loss. When you contacted us back in July 2024 in regards to this matter the customer service representative that you spoke to was unsure of what we could offer you in this circumstance so she asked a staff member that has been with our company for a longer time what we could offer you. Upon speaking to this staff member she offered you a furniture technician to come out and attempt to clean your sofa. This was a mistake made on behalf of the more senior staff member and thus our company because your 12 month manufacturing warranty on your sofa does not cover fire damage. I apologise that you were not directly told then this information and that it is not covered as it should be covered under your house insurance.
This staff member felt compassion for your losses and wanted to try to offer your a gesture of goodwill by sending this furniture technician out to your to clean your sofa. We paid for this service as a goodwill gesture for you. This was a mistake because it is not possible to clean a sofa in this situation and once the assessor came out and inspected your sofa they stated exactly this is your report. That the it is not possible to clean or repair this sofa.
We sincerely do apologise that this was poorly communicated to you after this appointment and your situation has brought additional training for some of our customer service members to light for me. We understand from a phone conversation that you had in November with one of our team members that you then moved your sofa into storage for 1-2 months, before your case came to light for me and I confirmed that this cleaning service should have unfortunately not been offered to you and that fire damages should be covered by your house insurance.
Our manufacturer make their warranty with specific guidelines, which we must adhere to and house insurance is expected to cover losses due to external factors and damages. In a response of compassion and goodwill our customer service team made a mistake by offering you a service, which was not even possible due to the extent of the damages to your sofa.
