I ordered Teddy jumpsuit.The material is very thick and cosy however it doesn't have much stretch, so my usual size S didn't fit. Honeyz only give you 7 days to request a refund and it had been around 3 weeks when I realised the item didn't fit and wanted to return it. I contacted customer services via what'sapp and they arranged an exchange for a size M, with no fuss. The exchange arrived pretty swiftly and the next size up fits me well. I would definitely shop with this brand again.

I ordered this outfit Tuesday 26 th March for Easter Saturday, paid extra for 1/2 delivery and a week later it’s still not here, supposedly it will be delivered today however it’s a little late now, i emailed to enquire where it was and had no response, I wasn’t impressed with my last order from honeyz either so I don’t think I ll order again, shame as it’s good quality just seems customer service and delivery is lacking.

Disgusting customer service , rude and unprofessional. the reply’s to dms and Watsapps are atrocious , claiming they havnt received a returns when I have clearly got an email from Royal Mail saying it had arrived a week ago . The customer service is a joke and advise everybody to think again before buying anything from them . STAY CLEAR FROM THESE CON ARTISTS and to top it all off they blocked me on social media and kept deleting my comments on pictures even before eventually replying.

ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY! DO NOT EVER USE THIS SHAMBLES COMPANY. VERY RUDE WHEN REPLYING BACK ON WHATSAPP! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WISH I READ REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING!

#15871 Refusing Credit Note
Bought item on sale. The return policy states "credit notes only"
Flat out refusing and breaking consumer rules. Can only contact via whatsapp. Rude and very unhelpful.
Aside from the fact the items are very poor quality, poor stitching and item not as shown on site.

The worst experience ever. They sent me the wrong item. I had to pay to return it. Then had to face unprofessional communication on what’s app. They lied about dispatching my item and deliberately dispatched it late. I will not receive until Monday so unable to wear it as planned. Horrible company

Completely unprofessional company!!! I didn’t check the reviews before I ordered unfortunately.
Don’t use this company if you may have to send items back, I ordered the bandage set, was ok quality wise but didn’t fit. Had to communicate through WhatsApp, they are slow to respond, told me 14 days for a refund, at 15 days I messaged to say I haven’t had refund, they then said it’s only just been authorised and allow 10 days for it to show in my account.. At 10 days I then messaged again as I hadn’t received it. Got a rude response, in capitals saying it has been refunded, they wouldn’t confirm the account they sent it to, just said whichever you paid with, a few days passed and still no refund, I messaged again to ask why and they again sent back a rude response in capitals saying it has been refunded. At this point I contacted my bank and created a charge back as the company just lie about a refund and who knows how long they would have dragged it out for! Will never order from these again and advise others not to also!…

Nice sets but the crotch feels a little long on the thongs but other than that the material is beautiful just wish you could mix match the sizes with the underwear set

This company shouldnt be operating i am reporting them they don't accept returns and pretend goods are damaged to avoid refunding

Just like everyone else on here who purchased items from this scamming company, I had the same experience when it comes to customers service. The clothes are exceptionally small, a size M would probably fit a 6-8uk. Don't bother to ask for a return note, you'll never get it. There's always a reason why your order doesn't qualify, probably explains the 7 day return policy too which is fictional and just for marketing purposes.
Just to clarify, this company is run by a one man band, there's no customer service as such. There's a WhatsApp number and a PO Box address so customers can't track them.
Everything to do with this company is a scam covered by smart marketing and their only aim is to rip as many people off as they can.

Absolutely worse customer service EVER. If you have to return a item for any reason don't F ING BOTHER. U can only get through to them via wats app. WORSE IDEA EVER! Especially because they don't get back to you. And when they do, it's different people all the time. So no one know what is going on. I had to repeat myself in a message serveal times due to it being a different person each time. IT'S F ING RIDICULOUS!!! no one knew what was going on. U guys are a small company. What happen to team work. If you want your company to work fix up and sort out your customer service. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!! PEOPLE STAY AWAY!! It been two weeks and I still waiting for me refund. FUMING!!

The worst customer service I have ever received!! Having to go through my bank to get a refund as I’ve had no response since 2nd January. A word of advice from a successful business owner. Try focus on customer service and not posting on instagram.
