In despair!
I have never ever encountered a more awful customer care support from a company before. I can see no proof either on which Mental Health charity they support?
They have been very very slow to reply to requests. I wanted to return an item that should not have been sent to me as there was a problem on ordering. It would cost from £14 to return to USA. Instead they offered 50% refund and to keep the item. I accepted this and today I was informed that my order has been shipped! I have not ordered anything or authorised payment. I despair !!! Just like a few other reviewers I was charged a subscription fee I had no knowledge of. I regret ever having ordered from them.

My hoodie arrived just as planned. Great material, My husband likes it , now he's thinking about getting him one. Adding joggers to the clothing line would be awesome. One last suggestion; maybe put less drawings and words on the shirts and hoodies. Sometimes "less is MORE."

I would NEVER buy from this company
I would NEVER buy from this company. I bought a black 3x sweatshirt " Kindness is free" and always buy that same size. I was excited to try it on as I am a teacher and couldn't wait to wear it this fall. It was NOT a size 3x even if labeled, as it was more like an xl at most. I immediately emailed and of course NO help other than I could pay to send it back but, "they don't do refunds".
Save your money...definitely a poor company to do business with and such a disappointment. I was excited to wear and spread the message to my students and everyone else, but sadly not now!

I love my hoodie and the message it send out. I bought shorts, hoodies, hats and recently purchased a leather backpack which is now my favorite item. It was larger than I expected and my my sister loves it so I will have to hide it from her. I have gifted jumpers and shirts to family and friends to send that message that's it ok not to ok.

Honestly disappointed.
Honestly, I’m quite disappointed.
The material is worse than some items that I have purchased from Shein, the stitching is all warped and honestly it just looks and feels cheap & terrible.
The colour is very much yellow, not cream or beige.

Please be very wary. Not only if the product extremely low standard, but you may also get caught out with a ‘subscription’ membership. Absolutely crazy, stealing money monthly for an apparent 20% off and store credits. I had not signed up for it, but somehow ended up being billed. Be wary, this store is completely dodgy
