scammers
they advertise items as a free gift then back track and don't send it. they keep blaming computer logistics error and that they are unable to process your free gift and also say you haven't ordered enough to qualify for it. I have evidence from the website that they are offering a free gift when only buying a single item and told them I'd take it further to then be blocked from accessing their website.

Off centered print of design on hoodie
I love the meaning behind the hoodie and the brands as a whole, I also love the color of it and the oversized fit. However, the printed design on the back is nowhere near centered. I will still wear it as it is very comfortable.

I bought the fuzzy smile jumper
I bought the fuzzy smile jumper. Took a while to arrive. The jumper is NOT oversized, in UK terms more like a small or size 10 to 12 if you want it to be a little baggy. The arms were longer than the body which didn't make sense. No care label and lots of loose stitching. It's definitely not cotton more like a polyester mix. Over-all quality bad, delivery took weeks. No point in contacting customer service as the cost of returning the item out weighs the initial cost to buy it. Save your money and look elsewhere. It's such a shame as this item could be such a good product if made properly.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Ordered the so-called “oval heart bag”. On the website it shows a bag with a puffy heart-shaped charm and loops in a heart shape. What I got has nothing heart shaped whatsoever. Smells cheap and plasticky. Also took a long time to arrive. Very disappointing.
Update:
The company want me to pay for an international return in order to get a refund despite photographic evidence that this was a scam and the items they are selling are not what they advertised. Avoid at all costs.

Poor quality sweaters
The ordering process was easy. I paid £4.95 for priority delivery (only option). The sweater arrived after around month. It was terrible quality, and for the price, I expected better (not like a cheap jumper from shein - cheap but you know what quality you’re paying for). It says a portion will go to mental health charities, and looked a nice sweater, so I purchased based on this. When I complained to the company, their service was quick to respond. I would not recommend buying from this company as you don’t get what you pay for.

Not Happy
I ordered a jumper in May, it arrived but the sizing was wrong I decided that I needed the next size up. I returned the jumper before the 30day return time in June. I paid £23.00 for the delivery which was almost the price of the jumper, I emailed Hoodies for Heroes my receipt. and to this date I have not had a replacement sent back to me all I get is a standard email saying we are looking in to this. I'm not happy surely someone can find my return. The jumper was not cheap & paying for the return is beyond a joke. I feel like I have paid for two jumpers & have none.

Poor Customer Service. Buyer beware!
I got the bag even though they couldn't tell me if there were pockets on the inside. They told me to look at the pictures on the website which did not show the inside.
When I got it, I really decided it wasn't what I was looking for. I have sent numerous requests to return it (at my own expense) and have heard nothing.
