Small fitting T-shirt
I followed the size chart as recommended to size up for a looser fit. The 3xl t-shirt I purchased I think is not actually that size as I am a 2xl and I can only just fit in. I have given this to a relative who wears a medium and it fits her. The other clothing items fits those I purchased for.

Delivered earlier than expected, excellently make and good quality, and to get a free gift too was a really nice surprise, I have tried it on but haven't worn it yet, has it has been very hot,so I look forward to wearing it.

I Got What I Ordered
This order was for a smiley purse.
I also received a sweater and tote bag in two separate orders.
My smiley purse was noted as delivered but actually the USPS delivered it a week later. When I emailed about it, your response was in a timely manner.
All of the products are good quality and just as pictured on the website.

Delivery insurance useless
I made an order after speaking with my friend who was feeling suicidal. Saw advertisement for the purple, her favorite color, smile purse and that purchasing would help people with depression. Decided purchase myself purse and backpack which l seldom do. After getting a tracking number all it says tracking number not found. I have waited a month. Started to contact customer service via email. Is there a phone number as l haven't found one. I got one reply but no steps to resolve this issue. I purchased delivery insurance. Now no customer service reply and l am at loss how l get my money back? Also be aware some kind of subscription that you get enrolled in. How do l ensure l am not enrolled in that? Poor customer service. I thought this a US company as had l known items are shipped from China l wouldn't have made the purchase. I was looking forward sending the cute purple purse to my friend to cheer her up.

I did not feel like this was a quality product. The fabric felt cheap. My sweatshirt does not fit, it is too small. I was disappointed in everything about it except for the design. I thought it also took a very long time to get here.

I purchased 2 items not realising I was entering into a £7.99 subscription which apparently is shown at checkout. Had I realised (my bad for not checking, lesson learnt!) I would never have bought the items.
I then went to the website to cancel the subscription however the link would not open to the next page to proceed!
I have therefore contacted my bank to block further payments.
Very underhand way of obtaining additional funds!!!

Terrible Customer Service/Wrong Bag Was Sent and I Am Stuck With It
I received my order that included around 5 items. The main product I was interested in purchasing was the XL Crossbody Smile bag. Love the way it looks and was excited about the connection to suicide prevention. When I received the package, about 3 weeks later, it included a TEENY TINY crossbody that looks like it would be for a very small child! I have been trying to get them to resolve the situation with no results. I have hyperlinks in my email receipt for my order and the shipping email. Using crossbody bag link takes me to the XL size bag. I sent screen shots and a hyperlink to the order. All they need to do is click on the link to confirm what I am saying. They continue to say they looked at the original order and I "did indeed order the small" (extra-small!) bag. No proof, just a statement. I suggest you do NOT order from this site. This order was placed May 18, 2026.

It’s a shame
Although the messages are fabulous, the quality of the clothing is exceptionally poor. Very cheap polyester materials and cheap iron on transfers. Definately not value for money!

Love my bag and have received compliments about it every time I go out. I contacted hoodies for heroes support as requested. I did receive my package. I have the you make me smile bag and the free hat. I am missing the yellow smile keychain. I further questioned why I was charged an unknown shipping protection fee. The email responses from hoodies for heroes support have been please send pictures of items received and we will look into that. Which comes off has lazy.

Poor quality - Do Not Purchase
Poor quality, after waiting weeks for arrival. The sweatshirt material did not match the colour of sweatshirt. There were also black marks on the front. I am awaiting a response from them but fear this will continue to be ignored!!
