Quality is terrible & Returns cost a fortune!
Quality of the bags is terrible. Items are shipped from a UK warehouse but returns are to the US so it costs £20+ to return anything - a deliberate deterrent to returning their overpriced products!!! Don't fall for the 'half price' special offers, as even then, they are not worth the money!

Wrong color and poor service
I ordered a salmon colored shirt based on the actual description on their website. I received a pale pink shirt. When I questioned this requesting a replacement, I was told it was the correct color and the pictures may not be as they actually are due to lighting. Never mind the description they listed as SALMON. I was told I would have to pay to send the shirt back - for their error. They claim they are a small business but I am one person as well. I could see paying to send back if I changed mt mind but it was a blatant description error n their part. They do not care about their customers. Only the money. I will donate to mental health elsewhere.

Just a heads-up for anyone thinking of buying from this company.
I ordered one of their hoodies because the message really resonated with me. Unfortunately, the quality was really poor and nowhere near what I was expecting.
To be fair to them, they refunded me in full, not without any hassle. I wouldn’t recommend the hoodie itself based on the quality I received, it was terrible.
Just sharing my experience in the hope it helps someone else before they spend their money.

Beware of the Dragonfly delivery service.
Myself and family members have ordered multiple products on more than 1 occasion. My complaint is with their delivery company...Dragonfly. We actually had a driver steal something from us under the pretense of borrowing it. So I filed an online complaint with Dragonfly giving them the shipment details, the driver's name and phone number after he ghosted us. And no response from Dragonfly. And no other way to contact them. Hoping that someone from Hoodies for Heroes contacts me, so that they can get their attention to do something about this. Otherwise I won't be making any future orders with Hoodies for Heroes. Can't trust the drivers their delivery service uses. So sad.

We've known people who have suffered from depression and some people who are not with us anymore because it's got too much for them.
Both myself and my daughter suffer from depression, my daughter has a lot of anxiety problems.
Hoodies for Heroes since we came across them We've ordered quite a few times and love the words that are printed on all the items.

NOT Help for Heroes! Yes, you’ll be fooled like I was. The ‘sweatshirt’ was a shiny material not cotton- looking as I had expected. The one I received was dirty and I complained - asking to return it for a refund. I was told to keep it and did receive a replacement. Guess what? No replacement received. Avoid.
