I should have bought it sooner
I received the Hooga a week ago. The Hooga Ultra 360 is a well constructed device. I used the Hooga on every joint/body part that ached or felt stiff. I am 67 yo male. I go to the gym and experience a lot of fatigue and soreness after working out. This is what I experienced after using the Hooga for six treatments.
Less neck stiffness
Less hand stiffness.
Less lower back stiffness
Less pain in R lower leg. (I developed a blood clot caused by an incompetent surgeon at North Florida Hospital.) I developed a chronic condition called post thrombotic syndrome. The Hooga decreased the daily episodes of pain in my leg.
R big toe. My R big toe was stiff and had a small hard painful bump on the top surface. After the treatments, the toe is without pain, less stiff, and the bump disappeared!
I am impressed with the results in such a short time. I should have bought it sooner.

I couldn't believe how fast this arrived. I bought the 300. I've been using it everyday. I paid extra for the eye protecting glasses, but it turns out there were a pair of goggles that came with the panel. The goggles are kind of cheap, but they do the job. The glasses are a little more comfortable, but I probably wouldn't have paid for the glasses if I had known the goggles come in the box.

Amazing Customer Service and Product!
My Hooga unit unfortunately did not work when it first arrived; however, without hesitation, Hooga immediately sent a replacement. That level of customer service is rare today and truly appreciated.
We’ve now had the replacement for a week and absolutely love it. My daughter recently had surgery and has already noticed a difference after using it. We’re encouraged by the early results and look forward to continued improvement. I’ve also started using it for facial anti-aging and genuinely feel better after each session. It’s wonderful that it offers so many versatile benefits.
I highly recommend Hooga — both for their exceptional customer service and for a product that truly delivers.

Good customer service
My first impression wasn't very good because I received the panel with a cable that was unusable (for the US, whereas I live in Switzerland). However, customer service was very responsive and handled the situation well.
I was able to test the device and the experience was pleasant, although the effects need to be evaluated over the long term (I had a sprained ankle and, from a muscular point of view, it's difficult to say if there has been any improvement after one session).

Amazing customer service
I had a very minor issue with my panel - one of the screws on the kickstand kept popping out. I emailed the team and they took care of it right away. They sent me a new one and told me I could keep the old one!

My wife was gifted the Red light Pod. After using for a few months the system quit. I was fairly sure the controller had died. Hooga customer service agreed with my assessment and shipped a new, updated controller. We got it up and running in about a week after contacting them. We are very impressed with their customer care team!

Very responsive customer service
Very responsive customer service. I love my light therapy belt for the light but the battery & controller design is terrible, they are not made for moving while using the product or if you use it anywhere other than on your waist. I've put Velcro on the back of the controller and sewed an elastic to the battery pocket to keep it in place.

Remote broke, good customer service
My mask stopped working after about a month due to an issue with the remote/charger. It’s possible I accidentally used a fast charger, which may have caused the problem. Unfortunately, a standard charger isn’t included with the mask, and since most people primarily use fast chargers these days, that feels like an oversight. By the time customer service explained this and I found an appropriate charger, it was already too late for the original remote.
That said, customer service was excellent—there was no hesitation in sending me a replacement mask. The mask itself does seem effective, particularly for improving skin texture. I plan to continue using it and am hopeful I’ll see continued results.

Great customer service
I have owned my hooga table top panel for about one year. I have been very happy with the product! Recently, the stand broke. I emailed the company about this and received a reply promptly, asking for a picture. I sent them evidence of the break and again was responded to almost immediately AND found out the replacement part was sent almost immediately as well!! These days with so much online shopping, I will always opt for someone with excellent customer service. Hoogahealth has shown me they are one of those companies!
