Firstly, I love my new mini joy hoops, they're so cute and I've had lots of compliments on them so far! Secondly, I'd like to mention H+C's brilliant customer service as I had a problem with the first set of earrings I ordered and they kindly accommodated for me, then after an issue with Royal Mail, they were absolute legends and rectified the other problem when they didn't have to. Proper gems, love this company and love supporting female led businesses <3

I ordered a product in a wrong size completely my own fault and hoops and chains went out of their way to swap my product for a different one. The customer service was brilliant and I got my new item really quickly. Such lovely quality items.

Got my two chains in the post today. Eagerly awaiting their arrival and they have NOT disappointed me! Old skool rave necklace and a charm necklace. Fully enjoying wearing them both. I will be back for more!!!!

Absolute STUNNING jewellery. I feel like I’m wearing art with every single piece! Very well made. I literally wear my items daily (all day every day) and they still look new!! I’ve had sooo many compliments! And can we please give a round of applause for the customer services! Quick delivery, personable, friendly also went out of there for me with a problem I had that had nothing to do with them! Hoops and chains are my absolute favourite shop full stop! My go to for unique pieces. If I could give another 10 stars I would.
