Did not reply to emails and follow up emails.
Did not acknowledge receipt of online form that had to be filled in as you can’t access the site in person to make an appointment, we tried and the receptionist would not even open the door. AVOID!

Very unprofessional and didn't do what they said they would do. Lack of communication has caused all sorts of frustrations. This is a standard service that is easy to get elsewhere.

Brilliant clinic, very clean, lovely staff who are incredibly knowledgeable and won’t try and sell you lots of unnecessary jabs for the sake of it! Great service.

I would not go anywhere else! The staff are the most professional and friendly people you could have the pleasure to deal with.
If you have any concerns or have a fear of needles they will help you. Highly recommended. 5 stars!

Return visit to Hope Travel Clinic Medway - once again excellent service, very thorough with explanation of travel vaccinations and other protective methods for mosquito bites. Really good service and would definitely recommend to others. I even got a sticker and husband a lollipop! Well done to Ireti and the team.

Was very helpful and very kind. Ireti was great showed us what we will need to travel to africa and provided us with the necessary vaccinations. Also was all done at a lower price compared to others I have spoke with. Highly recommend!

Went to this clinic for the first time today, for my travel vaccinations
and to see if I was upto date.
They were very thorough went through all my records which I took with me. Didn't need as many as I thought.

Went for micro auction for blocked ears and had a brilliant experience. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly! I was given more advice and help than the GP and Med Occ combined and it was clear that they genuinely wanted to help me. I had to go for a second session and this was free of charge and ear drops were also provided. Could not recommend more.

Received my travel vaccinations here on an extremely tight schedule. I had lost hope before calling Hope Travel Clinic. Ireta went outside of her usual opening hours to ensure my schedule could be adhered too. Elite customer service. I’m so happy I found Hope Travel Clinic, cannot recommend highly enough.

I found dealing with this clinic very frustrating.
Complications with my elderly mums' vaccines lead to two weeks of phone calls, promises broken to call back. Calls not returned.
Totally unprofessional
Refusal to give yellow fever vaccine due to her age totally accepted but then refused to issue an exemption note, didn't even tell me this for two weeks! As professional you can't give half a service and expect happy customers!

I recently used the service of Hope Clinic Medway. The team is very professional and knowledgeable and willing to help. I cannot thank them enough for their excellent customer service especially Josh who was brilliant in going above and beyond to help in a very urgent situation.

Hope Travel Clinic provided a quick, efficient and kind service. They went through all the necessary information to make sure I was 100% ready for my trip to Peru, in addition to the travel vaccinations I received. I appreciated the quick turn around in having all my jabs, I didn’t have to wait long at all! Very kind and friendly staff. 100% would recommend.

I travel frequently from Dover to Calais by boat and I did not know, I still needed a test to go on board. I had an appointment in Belgium in the afternoon at a hospital but they send me back in Dover. In my car, I searched on the internet and found this service in Folkestone. I had a fantastic communication from the beginning on and I could come directly to them. Someone already stood on the door and helped me to pay and book it immediately. I drove back to the harbour and together with my arrival, my result came already in. I managed to take the next boot and I was only 5 minutes too late at my appointment in the hospital in Belgium ! That was incredible for me. So thanks to this travelclinic, I made it. And thanks to the very good communication and service, a really stressful situation turned out to a positive feeling. They still exist, the organizations who are doing a really good job and who care to help you. Thank you.
