I ordered some chains from Hopkinson cycles, and received them quickly. However, they had made an error and sent a wrong one. I emailed them and Nick replied quickly to apologise and sent me a link for a paid return and dispatched the corrected chain using a 24 hour delivery service, which I received the next day!
Excellent customer service and great prices, I will definitely use again!

I am not very happy with my purchase.

I bought a road bike tyre from them and the production time of the tyre was important for me, I called them and checked it with them, and they told me they can not see the date on the tyre but it should not be older that 2023.

I trusted and ordered the tyre, when I recieved I realised that it is 2020!!!

let's be more honest with the customers, it was very easy to tell me the correct date.

Used before. Just got Schwalbe Marathon plus mtb tyre. Great price, decent website, always seem to have stock, Express delivery was only£2 (free otherwise)- overall excellent all round.

We ordered an in stock item on the 15th April and paid for what is described as Express shipping, 12 days later still no delivery. We have rung twice to discuss and on both occasions have been fobbed off and told 'it's carnage out there mate' as regards to deliveries. I would have liked a little bit of interest and at least an apology.

Best price and v quick delivery. I had to return the item for a refund as I'd made a mistake when ordering and this was handled efficiently.
I then ordered the correct item, at a good price, and this was also delivered v quickly.
