I do wish I had read reviews. Hoppa failed to pickup for transfer to Palma airport. 3.00am travelling alone. Couldn't contact anyone,. I finally had to get a local taxi and almost missed my flight .very traumatic.
Hoopa will not accept responsibility and so far will not refund my taxi fare of £87. I have provided proof of times and contact numbers etc.

Communication from booking was quite frustrating. Booked for 11 passengers, all children’s ages were given from beginning. After confirming price the small print mentioned all children up to age 12 could be required to use safety seats in private transfers. So after a few back & forward emails I was charged another £37.80.
Was not happy but paid the extra. Was informed I would receive a whattsap 24 hours before pick up, this never happened. Bit panic struck in the airport looking for our who I thought was our driver but eventually we found him. He walked us down to far end of airport where he made a call. He said our minibus would be 15 minutes!!! Why was it not there waiting!!! Eventually it turned up 25-30 minutes later. Lady driver was nice, Big spacious 15 seater as ordered so we weren’t all squashed in, then I noticed she was carrying 3 baby seats??? I said we only have one baby!! Bit bizarre….. anyway that was that. Return pick up was on time but a much smaller minibus, all seats taken by 11 of us…. And once again he had 3 baby seats??? On my return home I decided to contact Hoppa with my issues but they just aren’t listening to me!! Trying to say I asked for the safety seats etc , basically wasted my time but I will never use them again. Very disappointed
Istanbul nightmare
Driver simply did not show but told Hoppa he completed the transfer. Despite the fact that I sent clear proof that the driver lied, Hoppa will not refund my payment and are simply not interested. I will never use them again and if you do, GOOD LUCK!
Received my e ticket from them and was…not valid
Received my e ticket from them and was told to go to desk 6, they said that we was not on there manifesto so couldn’t allocate us transport to our resort, so had to make other alternatives at 22.00 at night time. Put in a complaint to be told after 8 days my complaint was complete as there was transport available for us. Still fighting a refund. Would not recommend anyone using them.

If you want to gamble they're ok, i.e. you're there on time and you fine your driver no problem super cheap.
Anything goes wrong and you're on youre own. We had two cases, one on Kos where the driver was apparently at the hotel (we were 10 min early) but they didn't find us. I didn't have phone signal so we missed eachother, my problem apparently, despite waiting at reception outside. They sent hoppas some GPS crap that they were there.
Second time now on Rhodes, our flight is 40 min late due to a medical emergency. As I land the provider calls me and says I'm late, I say I just landed we need to wait for our bags what can I do, they say ok come when ready. When I'm out the TNT booth at Rhodes airport says I'm over 1 hour late so transfer cancelled. Speak to Hoppa. Hoppa support tells me get a taxi and then complain. The support later just tells me since I was 60 min late (how can I not be when my flight is delayed) it's not their or the provider's problem. Again they made up some GPS crap that the driver was there, of course they were it's the airport and they have 50 drivers there.
Again, if you want to gamble book with them otherwise skip it. 1/3 transfers went ok. No refund in any case and had to get expensive taxis in the end.

So terrible. No driver and had to arrange alt transfer. Complaint just ignored and passed to partner who never responded. NEVER NEVER book with these guys. They do not care
Stranded
My taxi failed to pick me up at Palmanova Airport. Since returning home I've sent 4 different messages have had no reply months in. Only yesterday I came across a FB page for Hoppa complaints and on there was the CEO email address so I emailed him and guess what.. I got my 1st email from the customer service team a few hours later! They were asking for phone log calls and taxi receipts. I've sent this but I'm not holding my breath. I'll update this with the outcome.

Absolutely awful service and expensive at that.

I should have read the reviews before booking with Hoppa. I received the terrible service that many others received. The booked taxi did not arrive at the arranged location. After numerous phone calls to Hoppa I had to arrange a local Taxi which arrived very quickly and transported me to the airport at a cost of 50% less than Hoppa. I would have missed my flight if the local Taxi company had not been efficient. Like other customers, I have contacted Hoppa on numerous occasions without success. They will not acknowledge their failure or pay a refund. This seems the Company policy reading all of the reviews. I would advise anyone of thinking of booking with Hoppa to look for better companies. There normal replies to complaints, is to contact their customer support. Similar to other customers, I have done this, only to receive a negative response. Avoid this Company at all cost.

No show on return journey absolutely terrible service. Hoppa customer service is terrible no customer care what so ever . They just take the money and have no care about the inconvenience they cause they just don’t want to know. Terrible

Hopeless company. No pick up arrived at airport. Call emergency line no answer. Only an autobot service...no human . Utter scam of a company . Do not use. Learnt my lesson and won't be using agian

No contact at palma airport eventually had to get a taxi. Sent round in circles by their help bot. The numbers they gave for contact were ignored or eventually answered then hung up. Absolute shambles gave up after an hour and went for taxi. Extra €100 so would not recommend and will never use again. They appear to be ghosts. Do not book at any cost.

After using Hoppa for 14 years
After using Hoppa for 14 years, this will be my last time. They sent me confirmation with the return details exactly the same as the departure details. Could only speak to a Bot, so gave up, but on the site the details were correct. E tickets have always arrived exactly 7 days before to my email as promised, but this time nothing, but I managed to retrieve them off the site. In the last 14 years my airport instructions at Alicante have always been the same, go to level -2 to the abas desk. This time they said connect to the airport wifi and await contact by your driver. If I'd done this I'd still be there! Went to the abas desk and what a relief to find they had my name. I told them of my frustration and the man just said it's happening all the time. Finally I was told that I would have return details sent to my phone 24 hrs before collection and my hotel would be emailed with pick up times. Guess what, nothing! The hotel were brilliant and persevered with phone calls and managed to get a pick up time for the next day. In the middle of the night I then received two emails from Hoppa with an eticket for my collection from the airport to my hotel 9 days earlier! I don't know what's going on, but to worry customers on holiday that they won't get a trip for their flight is disgraceful, especially as a taxi is 100 euros! Shame as over the years they've been reliable.
Booked a private transfer with Hoppa…
Booked a private transfer with Hoppa from the airport to hotel. Waited two hours no show of a transfer. Phoned Hoppa support who couldn't contact the driver. So was told to email a complaint. They don't send another transfer, or pay for another taxi. Basically you are stranded and expected to pay for another transfer. Absolutely terrible service. Will not be using again.

I ordered hoppa.com to pick me up in JFK Airport and drive us to Hyatt hotel at Grand Central Station NY. The driver never showed up, so we never got picked up.We even waited for 2 hours for him to show up.
You even withdraw payment 2 times. I want my money back. Hoppa.com (UK) got the payment
Plain awful
Plain awful. Pickup driver went to wrong terminal then spent the whole journey to the hotel on his hand held phone, nearly colliding twice
Return driver did not arrive. Near impossible to contact Hoppa support. In the end had to get my own taxi to the airport. I have been back in the UK two weeks and am still chasing them for a refund which they are refusing to offer

No show, on airport pick and and the return. After an email confirming our return transfer will 100% turn up, it didn’t! If I could give 0 stars I would, we just made check in for our flight! We were 5 mins away from missing our flight!
